[Rewarded Review] Don't buy it, waste of money

It leaked, and, regarding overall quality, it wasn't worth the money I paid. I returned it.

Terrible dishwasher and horrible customer service by Home Depot.

Leaks and cracked plastic in water diverter

Purchased Nov 11 of 2023 and Sep of 2024, had a light leak that turned into the dishwasher throwing the LC error code for water leak detected. Investigate the leak on the device to see the bad with the water diverter had had cracked in 2 spots. The diverter is part of the whole bottom assembly, and getting the part has been difficult. Do not recommend this product the price is too high for the quality of the appliance.

I LOVE my new dishwasher. It works very well, no noise at all and it's exactly what I needed! It fit into my small kitchen space. At first I couldn't get it to start, but that was because I didn't press the right button on the control panel. LOL! It's simplistic and that's what I needed. Thank you to Best Buy. I buy all my products at Best Buy and have aways had good results! I will continue to buy at Best Buy.

I had this dishwasher for over six months and it works great everything comes out dry

It cleans very well! Love that so much! It took me some time to get used to the smaller tub. I do need to complain about my delivery. They did not put the kick plate on. I called and texted right away. They said they would come right back but did not. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get it replaced. They said I couldn't return it because I agreed to get a discount for the dent they put in it. I just want my kick plate. It has been over a month and I don't have what I paid for. I had plans to buy more appliances but not getting my kick plate has ruined those plans. Please someone, send me the kick plate! All they had to do was to turn around and give me my kick plate.

About this online as an open box dishwasher they were a few scratches on it that I could not tell in the pictures but I installed it anyway and it worked great after a little doctor on the scratches it does not look too bad installed

Good quality, bad rack design

Good dishwasher. My only complaint is the layout of the racks.

Miguel the delivery driver is the best I’ve had. He called with ETA. Made sure appliance was placed where I wanted it. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our area needs more delivery drivers like Miguel.

Works okay, a bit small and the not very properly laid out so hard to make efficient use of space. and the wheels on inside racks pull out too easily, so it's a bit annoying when the whole rack comes out

Lack of adjustable racks for cleaning larger items is a problem

The dishwasher is ok I bought a extended warranty the company Samsung contracts their service thru OMB freundtek is terrible it’s been a month and still don’t have my dishwasher fixed buyer beware
