Perfect Size, Love the Performance

I am very pleased with my 11" Green Pan skillet. It is an uncommon size and I was happy to find it, especially at such a good sale price plus used my Macy Money. I never heat over medium and never leave it heating empty for more than 90 seconds. Always use a spritz of oil. Clean when cool with cloth. In other words, follow the rules! Performs perfectly. k

Not Non Stick

I can't believe all the great reviews. Unless everyone after having the pan for a month or so isn't taking the time to come back and change/rewrite their review? Yes the pan worked great for the first 2 weeks so if I wrote my review immediately it would have been 5 stars! In my household this pan was purchased to use for Everyday use just as the name of the pan suggest. I cook my eggs in it and both my kids cook their eggs/breakfast in it every morning. After 2 weeks it longer was non stick and eggs are nearly impossible to get off the bottom of the pan. We've tried everything. Adding more olive oil, cooking at low heat vs medium heat. We never used high heat on this pan as the instructions said not to. So even reducing from medium to low didn't do anything. I even tried letting my eggs really get room temp so a cold egg hitting a warm pan may help things, but nope :(

Researched best quality pans and GreenPan kept being recommended. Purchased this pan along with a ScanPan. GreenPan won the race hands down. For the first time in my life, I made a perfect omelette. My veggies come out perfectly. No need for anything but low to medium heat. Cooking is no longer a chore, but a treat.
