Never Received - Bad Service

Auto fill added an old delivery address to my order. I sent a message to customer service within 5 minutes of placing my order. Received a response 4 days later advising my order had already been delivered to the wrong address and I'd need to sort things with the postal carrier. I replied asking for the carrier and tracking information and never received a response.

Not the Best

I've had this wok for several years and want to love it, but have found that the surface that actually sits on the electric burner is only 3.5 inches. That means the wok takes too long to heat up and never seems to get hot enough. Maybe it's better on a gas stove but for an electric stove top, choose a different brand.

This is the perfect wok. It is a great size for steaming fish, frying vegetables. It is stainless steel, so I can just pop it into my dishwasher without any worries

Fantastic! I was worried it wouldnt be detected on the largest spot on my Bosch Induction cooktop, however it does and it will get the wok nice and hot! The handles do get a bit warm over time, that is to be expected. It is heavy enough to not slide around in the glass, and being stainless steel it is easy to clean.

I find that a lot of oil is required for food not to stick.
