Love this little kettle, even though there is nothing little about it. It's much bigger than my last kettle and the whistler works fabulously.

Bought it again lasted a long time about 2 -3 years wanted a second one due to having get together with family can have up to 7 normal cups per kettle. Whistles okay at a normal sound not loud but just right.
Poorly made
After 2 weeks the screw attaching the handle to kettle came out
Health Hazard
Cover pops up when boiling making it difficult to lift kettle of burner unless hand is covered,& handle is loose. Would not recommend any one buying it.

Very slow to boil
My wife and I picked up this kettle on a whim at our local store. We thought it looked nice and would be a great replacement for our cheap IKEA kettle that we’ve been using for more than 10 years. The saying is true though: looks can be deceiving. This kettle takes almost twice as long to boil the same amount of water as our old IKEA kettle. Sadly, we already recycled the box for the new kettle so we can’t return it. We’re giving it away instead, and the old IKEA kettle is back on our stovetop. Another saying holds true: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. And my advice is don’t waste your money on this kettle unless you’ve got lots of time to burn.
