Broken fridge delivered

I got sent a broken fridge. Had to pay to get it delivered back. Would just buy from a better seller instead of wasting the cost of delivery.

Horrible customer service

Should be a ZERO.. Ordered refrigerator. Was supposed to be delivered on the 5. They called and said it was delayed until the 10 th. Delivered wrong refrigerator on the 10 th and will not come back to pick it up until the 13 th, and now saying the one I ordered is delayed again until the 20th.... Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .. Lowes didn't offer ANY help except to let me cancel my order after waiting 2 weeks and having to store the wrong item in my kitchen ..

This double door refrigerator was canceled it should not be on my Walmart account or Affirm account please adjust this order to refund.

I like how the inside is not as deep and it’s easy to see and find things in the fridge, no need to dig deeper to see what’s food has been forgotten, expired or mold already.

Great fridge for Apartment or a couple

This refrigiator made the wife happy and performs as discribes. It fit perfectly into the previous old fridge space. One has to get use to opening the doors from the top since no handles exist but other than that, it is great. Came well boxed, no dents, no scratches. I had it out of the box and plugged in within 30 minutes. Make sure you check your measurements carefully for small spaces.

I received my refrigerator and it had a big dent now I have to wait on a replacement.

Do not buy!

Fridge stopped working 6 months after purchase. The manufacturer warranty takes a loooong time to process their claims. Repeatedly had to request to speak with a supervisor. This fridge was financed and you will only get base price back once they come to the conclusion it's not repairable. Customer service depending on who you get, wasn't helpful! So being without a fridge for over a month is just ridiculous. I will never purchase a fridge online nor finance one again. The whole process is just horrible.

Perfect for small families and empty nesters!

This is a great quality refrigerator at a great price. The stainless steel finish matches well with our other appliances and is easy to clean. It has plenty of refrigeration storage but the freezer may be a bit petite depending on your needs. My only issue falls with the shipper. It took well over a week to receive (maybe closer to 3 weeks if my memory serves correctly) and it had one small thumb size indent on both the left side as well as the left door. It had a bit more significant dent on the corner of the left door but not enough to merit a return for me.

cuz the product wasn't delivered as u said that it was shipped out and on its was and that I would receive it on April 1st, and it wasn't, I got a text saying that its going to delayed and that I would get a text stating when its on its was, no time frame, no explanation what so ever.

i do not like that it said SOLD AND SHIPPED BY WALMART. When shipping was late and tracking stopped 2 days earlier I contacted walmart and they told me there was nothing they could do... they had no tracking info and told me to contact the shippers.... It said sold and shipped by walmart. but that's a lie. the shippers are a company called Maersk... which google said was a company out of Denmark! I figured I was scammed. I did contact them 2 times with no response...but 2days later my fridge came.
