Great quality

We've had this massive rug for almost 10 years. It is remarkably durable. Still looks great. You'll need a strong vacuum to keep it looking its best.

I've had this rug for a couple years now, I use it in the winter. Soft and beautiful. This is real wool so take good care and it will last a lifetime.

Amazing rug!!!!

I love this rug!!!! My friend had one that was 8x10 and it was beautiful. She spent twice as much as I did because she bought it from a high end rug company. Overstock shipped it out and it arrived it about10 days and is the perfect size for my living room!!!

Love this rug! Better looking in person. And it is quite thick and luxurious. The only issue is that it sheds like crazy and I keep finding "wool bunnies." But again, beautiful and holds up to high traffic.

This is the softest rug I ever walked on. I love the quality and the look is modern boho you can not go wrong . The colors are exactly as pictured on the website absolutely beautiful. The shedding is not an issue.

This rug was great quality and so soft to walk on. I loved it but with dogs the coloration was too light. When looking at the pictures I thought the grey was a lot darker.

Great rug, fabulous price

Awesome quality! Super soft and even nicer in person than I expected. This isn't a cheap synthetic rug, it's wool & cotton and it feels wonderful underfoot.

This is a beautiful rug. It has a lot going on, but tthe colors are great, and it has a very boho feel. I assume if you pick this, you aren't looking for a super subtle rug, yet it's still pretty transitional and feels artisan-made. The pile is much more than what I expected, but it's very soft and feels great underfoot. The only reason for 4 stars is that it SHEDS LIKE CRAZY. I have the 8x10 and need to empty the vacuum 2x each vacuuming session. This has been going on for weeks thus far. I am hoping this lessens over time but, who knows. I would have thought it would be evident by now. As a result I worry it always looks "dirty" because there are random stray wool piles all over it / the room. But again, hopefully that reduces over time. For me, that's it's only flaw. It's beautiful. Less

Sheds and itchy

It is a beautiful rug- I ordered it for my nursery but now I'm regretting it. This rug sheds SO BAD; I've filled up two kitchen trash bags after vacuuming and can still get more fibers off of the rug. The wool material is very scratchy and impossible to remove from clothing. There is a bad smell initially but it went away in a couple weeks.

Love this rug!

I love this rug! Yes, it does shed a lot in the beginning but after vacuuming it several times it holds up very well and is wonderful to walk on in bare feet! Excellent quality and a great value for a wool area rug.

Exceeds expectations

I'm a function over fashion guy so this rug ticked all my boxes and then I considered the look and how it would go in my living room. My leaky, chilly, charming old living room needed essentially a blanket for the floor. It's wool. It's plush. It's not made entirely by a machine, and as far as I can tell the company was founded originally by a real Persian or Persians. That was pretty much all my boxes besides size and price. Got it in place yesterday and well I can't stop gushing. It's gorgeous, and as described. Colors on the web are accurate. I know it's risky to buy an area rug on the internet but I'm super pleased and would go as far as to say any Safavieh rug you're looking at will be an excellent combo of quality and value.

Seriously gorgeous rug!

This rug is everything I was hoping for. I was tired of the drab colors in our old rug and I wanted something colorful with bohemian flare. The colors are fun and well represented in the image on Overstock, and the rug is fluffy and so cozy. There is some shedding at first, but I've vacuumed it a bunch of times to get up the excess wool. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's the perfect addition to our living room!

really plush and soft rugs

These are really plush, beautiful rugs at a great price, I highly recommend them. They do shed though and I made the mistake of not vacuuming them (I bought 2 for our kids playroom that is in our basement that is typically cooler than the rest of the house) immediately and the playroom ended up looking like we had a big shaggy dog. After a good vacuuming, they were fine though, so I highly recommend vacuuming the rug as soon as you put it down.

High style for a great price.

I bought this rug before in a larger size for a condo. I loved it SO much that I purchased it a second time for a friend in a music room. Love it just as much there?

So soft, cozy and pretty

I love this rug and so does my family. It is incredibly soft! I read some reviews regarding the rug smelling, but it doesn't at all and I'm sensitive to smell. So soft and cozy! I bought it for a less-used room but now it's a go-to!

This is a Great wool carpet for the price that they charged for it. There was apparently a strange unpleasant odor at first, but that dissipated.

This rug looks really nice and is very soft. Unfortunately Rug came with very strong smell and large shags makes this rug shed a lot. I will be returning this rug.
