Great quality, but the color isn't like the photos...
I received a sample of the Aiden rug. The sample was thick and seemed very high-end, but the color was a lot darker than in the photos. The pictures made it look like a light grey or silver, but it was more of a dark mottled grey with dark beige undertones. Not what I wanted for our space.

I couldn’t be happier with my new rug from Rugs Direct. It’s a perfect blend of neutral colors, 100% wool, thick and soft. I’ve had it a few weeks and so far there hasn’t been any shedding. Also, the delivery was fast! Ordered it on a Sunday night and had it by Thursday. I will definitely buy from RD again.
Great versatile rug
This is a great fairly neutral color that goes with many things and can go with contemporary or traditional style furniture. I love the colors and the quality of craftsmanship.
This rug is very plush and neutral, which is what I was looking for. The quality seems good. Although there were some shipping delays due to the manufacturer, HOUZZ sent updates along the way. We ordered a large rug and the delivery person called me to make sure I was home and put it in a safe, covered place.
Love the color! Very warm NEUTRAL rug which is what I wanted. More greige and sand than graykhaki but it looks good with our gray couch and warm neutral wood floors. Pattern well help hide dirt and spills. Very thick and nice feel on the feet. So glad this one worked. Including lots of photos so you can see the difference in color depending on the angle and distance.
It’s PERFECT
I’ve been looking for my perfect neutral rug for 18 months. When I say I spent HOURS searching, I’m not exaggerating. I’d look almost daily, searching Like it to Know it, Instagram influencers, Pinterest…ANYWHERE I could get ideas from.
Moth larva infestation
The rug delivered and had what appeared to be some tears on the bottom of it. We decided since it was the bottom we would keep it and lay it out. Little did we know the rug was infested with moth larva and discovered little white worms crawling around the edges aboit 20 minutes after rolling it out. We quickly rolled it back up and got it out of the house. Buyers I would be aware as these likely are coming from the same warehouse and there is no way of knowing if it was infested at the manufacturer or warehouse level. The rug was sealed upon delivery so it couldn’t have happened in transit. Rugs-direct was quick to act and offered a replacement or credit and had us discard the rug.
Professional Service
The rugs are of high quality, but was not even close to the color shown on the site. I contacted Rugs Direct, and their response was efficient, honest and very professional. They sent UPS to pick up the 3 rugs (all the same color) and are going to give me a full refund. Excellent service all the way around! I am impressed with their rep and the company.

We are loving our new carpet. It is very well made and very soft underfoot. It was shipped promptly. We got the 10 x 14 size and it is great for our family room. We love the 100% wool as it feels very cozy.
Love this area rug. The color appears to be more khaki than grey. Super neutral so it can be used in any room. Great buy. Very soft. Doesn’t really shed.
