Great edged natural fiber rug

Just what we were looking for! A lovely natural fiber rug (edged in grey to coordinate with tile flooring) to use at the entry from the garage into the laundry room. it holds foot traffic dirt and is very easy to vacuum clean.

These runners were just what I wanted for busy kitchen. However, the weave was so rough & lumpy that my family complained how uncomfortable to walk on in bare feet. I have had jute rugs before, and Safavieh is a great brand, but from photo you couldnt see weave was not flat.

Nice to find a 14 ft runner rug and planned to use it in our hallway running along all the bedrooms. Upon opening, the odor was fairly strong; not at all pleasant. I still thought it would be okay, so put it in place. My husband quickly vetoed it as there are sticks/jute ends poking up all over the place! Very uncomfortable yo even the sock foot. Not caring to packaging it all back for a return, it how is housed in the unfinished part of the basement. Useful I guess, but sure regret this purchase which is why online shopping is such a gamble for heavy items.
