beautiful colors and well made. Smell went away after a few days of airing out.

BUGS IN RUG

I ordered this rug and although it is beautiful, when I unwrapped the rug, it smelled of mold and there were worms in the rug. Disgusting.

We pulled up our wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedroom. I needed a small rug for each side of the bed. This was perfect. I love the fact that it was wool and tightly knotted.

The "instruction manual " Is a poorly worded letter (pictured). I had to purchase a drill because none of the shelves have the holes drilled. The pieces are marked with stickers that didn't make much sense. The last couple of shelves were not fabricated correctly. This is not as easy to assemble as promised in the description, what with the necessary drilling, etc. It took me about 3 hours. The back panel pieces were cut incorrectly, all different sizes, and did not fit in any of the spots. I made it work because this was expensive, for me, and returning it was too much work.

New purchase

The rug is thinner than expected. Corners have trouble laying flat, which is frustrating and unsightly.

I love this rug! Goes perfect in my room. The quality is very nice.

I love this rug. It is very thick and well made. It's reminds me of an oushak that's just super thick. Be sure to put in a place that allows room for depth without this hitting or not allowing you to open and shut a door. Highly recommend. It's a tan color and blends very well with my sisal rug that's not far from where I placed this one

my rug was delivered to the wrong person in a different state- never received.I still haven’t gotten my refund.Horrible experience!no explanation at all- I have had to do all the work and I am the customer.

Pretty but be warned

The rug is so pretty but the tufts are very fragile. It was down for less than a week before the first threads came unhooked/unlooped. I would have returned it but the shipping was $****** and I am sure it would probably just get put into a landfill.
