BUGS IN RUG

I ordered this rug and although it is beautiful, when I unwrapped the rug, it smelled of mold and there were worms in the rug. Disgusting.

I like the quality of the rug. Wish the color on the website was a little more like it is in real life.

We pulled up our wall-to-wall

We pulled up our wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedroom. I needed a small rug for each side of the bed. This was perfect. I love the fact that it was wool and tightly knotted.

The "instruction manual " Is a poorly worded letter (pictured). I had to purchase a drill because none of the shelves have the holes drilled. The pieces are marked with stickers that didn't make much sense. The last couple of shelves were not fabricated correctly. This is not as easy to assemble as promised in the description, what with the necessary drilling, etc. It took me about 3 hours. The back panel pieces were cut incorrectly, all different sizes, and did not fit in any of the spots. I made it work because this was expensive, for me, and returning it was too much work.

my rug was delivered to the wrong person in a different state- never received.I still haven’t gotten my refund.Horrible experience!no explanation at all- I have had to do all the work and I am the customer.

Pretty but be warned

The rug is so pretty but the tufts are very fragile. It was down for less than a week before the first threads came unhooked/unlooped. I would have returned it but the shipping was $****** and I am sure it would probably just get put into a landfill.

Worked perfectly

Selected this rug for the color and that it would be wool. It is well made and is working great in the vanity dressing area of the bathroom.

The rug is a lighter blue than the picture. Didnt like the color and it is very flat looking. Not worth the price

So often ordering online, product colors are off. This company did a great job with photos in representing this rug. It looks exactly as pictured and I love it!
