Excellent customer service from Baum

I wrote the review below in regards to buying 2 of these dish sets and a plate chipped before I got to use them. I wanted to edit that comment but could not figure out how. I am leaving this comment with 5 stars due to excellent customer service from Hadeer at Baum. I contacted Hadeer via email after he responded to my original comment and he sent me a replacement plate with no issues. The plates are pretty and I love the style so 3 or 4 stars for that. But 5 stars for the great customer service I received!!

Great dinnerware set for the price, color is really pretty, just as pictured. I’ve had them for about a month and love them!

Very upset!

I never leave reviews but had to leave one for these dishes. I just recently bought 2 sets of these dishes and when I went to go use them for the very first time 1 dinner plate was chipped! I didn't even use it yet! Very very frustrating and upsetting, I spent a decent amount of money on 2 sets and they are already chipping. Now I am trying to figure out how to get a replacement plate and wondering how much time I have until others chip.

Beautiful color with the perfect size mugs. Not real sure of the quality though. I have one bowl that shows a line that I believe is a crack in the side, I hope it does not break. I will be very upset if it does!!!!

Everything is great except for the depth of the depth of the bowl.

One plate was broken - The reason we have things shipped to our houses, is for convenience, To have to re-wrap and take it to the closest place to return deport it is not very convent for me.

I love i these dishes! I’m so happy I bought them. They are even prettier than the picture shows. I highly recommend purchasing their great in the dishwasher and microwave. The color is perfect. They are very substantial. Have a nice wait to them. I bought two sets.

Beautiful Dinnerware Set

These are beautiful; they have a great weight to them. The only thing that could make these better is if they had a matching pasta bowls in the set. I ordered two sets, and they were delivered ahead of schedule. They have a very earthy feel to them, and Home Depot had the best price! We've had a ton of compliments on them, and they look modern but also timeless- also not overly showy on open shelving thanks to the neutral look to them.

I liked everything about this dinnerware set, and the price was better, than other sellers.

It was a nice set but the color was more of a dull greenish/gray. Not a more "fresh" or bright color green like some of the photos. It arrived nicely packaged. I returned it.
