I used many less expensive filters made with a paper material with some fiber in it. After a few uses and cleanings, the paper filters fell apart. THESE filters are made with some sort of fiber that cleans up easy. I have had no problems with these filters. I highly recommend spending a little more and get quality filter cartridges.

This product has been on backorder for several weeks so I have not received it yet. When I placed the order the shipping was listed as free - this is shown on my final invoice. However I found that I was charged a shipping and handling cost that was equal to the price of the product! I emailed customer service stating that I want to cancel the order, and have heard nothing from them. NEVER AGAIN.
