The rug previewed what is not what I received!

What I saw when I download the 2 x 3 rug to my kitchen looked good. However, it is not what I got. Did not get what I expected.

Find of the Year

The colors are beautiful and work well together to create a lovely, calming backdrop to our formal dining room. I specifically wanted a rug with green, blue and red, but in muted, soft colors without the aged, antique look. After hunting for a month, I found this and couldn't be happier. It is lush underfoot, yet vacuums well. It has enough pattern to hide cat hair well, which is a must here.

nice quality great colors

Beautiful plush rug

This rug is so plush and soft underfoot. We have had it for about a month and it's still shedding even with a minimum of twice weekly vacuuming, but it's still fantastic. The colors are even prettier in person too!

Hall runners

Love the rich colors, texture and soft feel of the runners. Look perfect in my hallway and have had many complements. Very happy with purchade.

Great looking rug and very soft, but we have had it for a month and it is still shedding like crazy. I vacuum it twice per day and it fills up my dyson in a minute or two. If the shedding doesn’t stop I’m probably going to get rid of it.

This rug is a beautiful addition to our home! We've had it for a year now, so I can safely and easily say that it is well constructed, with amazing color palate. It's become the centerpiece of our living room and I'm actually moving the colors into the dining room and kitchen because I like it so much.

Colors NOT True to adveritsed picture.

Great rug quality BUT Colors aren't anywhere close to the picture on the site. This is the second time I ordered rugs and I purposefully ordered from this company because the first time was a perfect experience but this is NOT the colors that the advertised picture promised. It is washed out, way more blue, Light Blue, tones and not nearly as red, gold or green. I ordered the 3x5 Green/Red as pictured below along side the one that came. It actually has a blue tone over the entire rug and that is NOT what I wanted. If so I would have chosen accordingly. Well, this will be the first time I will have to return and rug and I am so disappointed because the picture would have been perfect and it took so long to make a decision! aaaaagggghhhh! I have another order on its way. We'll see how that one goes. Oh, by the way, I am just trying to figure out how to send it back and the label charge is already $** plus... additional comment: Just talked with customer service and they were so nice and understanding! They are checking into it for me and I am hopeful it will be resolved well. Looking forward to the 3rd order I have coming and hoping it is as great as my 1st one was! Order and return was resolved! No charge for return. Overstock was great. They understood and could see from pictures that the advertised pic was different than product delivered. They were fantastic and it encouraged me to want to order in the future without concern that if something turns out wrong they will stand behind it on their end.
