Absolutely love it!! I’ve been using it since the day it came in . I sincerely wish they make a roasting pan. It I’ll be awesome to cook a turkey and other foods

Beautiful pan that will fit in center of oven

The finish on the pan and its handles is lovely. (Give it more of a cleaning when you first get it than you think it needs.) The side are low enough that I have used it like a comal for fresh tortillas. I have also used it to sautee zuchini to browned. For that, slightly higher sides would have been a little better. Looking forward to my first oven paella soon. And looking forward to using the domed lid over small birds. The pan is pretty enough to display - so still figuring out where it will live.

This pan was a gift, my son is a chef and he was surprised at how well it distributed the heat. He wished it had been bigger is the only complaint. I have the frying pan and it is amazing. It cleans up so well and looks new after years of use. You will not be disappointed. The care and quality are above everything out there. Buy one!
