Great pan, holds heat very well, not too hard to clean.

Love this new technology. Best safe pan I have. I do wish it was a little more non-stick. Will be purchasing a lot more from this line & this brand. Price a little high, but safety first.

Overall great pan & is now our #1 used pan. As close to nonstick as you can get for a metal pan. Cleans up easy with the provided cleaner too.

The Best I Worked With

Best saute pan I have ever worked with. Outstanding heat dispersion, low temperature pick-up, surface cleans easily (and I want to maintain it !). The pan is substantial and cooks better than our stainless and copper bound stainless.

I never dreamed that cooking on stainless steel could be so easy, so forgiving, and unbelievably easy to clean! It was very difficult to spend the money, but now I see that it is worth every penny. I can believe that these pans will last, and look beautiful for years, not months. My husband cooks a lot of meats in this pan, often leaving a huge, black mess. Time and time again it comes clean so easy and it looks like we haven't even used the pan yet. This pan is super efficient and heats very evenly!

I bought this on Amazon. I tried some affordable pan. I can say that this pan is worth the price. Tried cooking a sauce, egg and even fried rice. It did not stick, even cooking with salmon, when the skin of the fish usually stick in the pan. Was worried due to price but it was worth it. I love cooking and this Hestan brand has a high quality and durable product. I’ll definitely will buy again but this time I’ll get it here in the official website.

Fan Favorite

This pan impressed from the start and gets better with each use. It's my go to tool for a meal now. I didn't think it would be used much but the heat is so efficient and the size is so roomy for all kinds of dishes that it's a winner.

I love this produc the scratch is on me.

I love this piece. I've been cooking twice as often since I got it. I can do reductions in it feeling safer about no toxins transferring. My previous pans are such a low quality SS that the scrub daddy itself would gouge them... My Hestan looks new everytime I clean it. This material does take some getting used to and I have unfortunately already put myself a scratch in the pan from getting too aggressive with the fish spatula. I'm not certain but don't believe it's covered in the warranty. I love how conductive this pan is. The window for ideal cook IS narrower as anyone can tell you BUT I have become a more creative, more disciplined cook and find myself way more productive in the kitchen as a result.

Heirloom quality built to last

These pans are an investment, but i would buy them again and again. I have now replaced all my other cookware with Hestan and passed my other cookware on to my kids in college. I plan on buying them Hestan when they get ready to live on their own because I know it will hold up to scratching, staining and burning!
