Love the new Hestan! It seems like it cleans easier than the all-clad I have, and as long as you use it right, there is no issues with sticking. So let it heat up properly first!

3.5Qt Saute

I received my 3,5 Qt saute pan and I was very impressed by the quality and finish, I sauted mixed mushrooms and 18 yearold balsamic. Fantastic!

After only one use pan seems to be warped, does not sit flat on electric stove top, very disappointed, spent double the price to think I was getting a pan that would last a lifetime

I bought this to replace an old favorite that was not induction compatible. This is the third piece of Hestan I have bought. They are sturdy, stylish and easy to clean.

this pan is like magic, the best pan I've ever cooked with! I've had Demeyere, Cuisinart, and All Clad most of my life, but this saute pan is to die for!

Kitchen Workhorse

This pan has become the workhorse in my kitchen, I use it for all the larger meals I cook. Slowly switching everything out from nonstick to stainless. The pans are wonderful. If you're cooking items that take quite a while (like caramelized onions) the handles to get hot but that's to be expected.

Fantastic pan; impressive heat distribution!

We are so impressed with the even heat distribution of this pan on our gas stove. It has quickly become a favorite in our kitchen. Now to decide which pan to try next!

Glad I found this brand

Beautifully made! The attention to detail is amazing. I needed pans for my induction stove and these work perfect with nice even heat. Plus they clean up easily. They are a bit pricey but I’m glad a splurged.

I am in love.

I need to write a bigger review than this one pan. I started with one and the quality is so amazing I gave all my pans away to my children (a collection I had amassed from working at Williams Sonoma) The lids seal, the rivets are flush and easy to clean, the pans have heft without being heavy. I am in love.

Light weight

Tonight I seared (2) pcs of salmon skin side down along with a piece of halibut. Exceptional browning and crispy skin. So far so good. Although, I’ did have trouble Cleaning the pan afterwards and couldn’t completely remove some fon on the pan.

most expensive pan in the arsenal

Hestan is definitely a quality made pan. I'm just concerned that I'm paying more for a pan that's comparable to my inexpensive other pans. the pan feel lite for its price tag. so far, I sautéed shallots diced for fine and did notice that they did brown at bit faster then normal and browning appeared to be distributed evenly along the pan. ill update as I do more cooking. I have the 12" skillet on BO and might cancel the order and purchase the Demeyere 12" Atlantis skillet instead to compare.

Perfectly Browned

A cookware that can make a 5 star meal or the perfect "everyday" meal is the PERFECT cookware for me! My fried chicken was cooked throughly and in less time and clean up was a snap!
