Absolutely not. It leaked from the moment it was put in. The gasket isn’t even buyer friendly

Toilet is great. The slow close seat however is cheap as the plastic and thin quality and slides around. The shipping was okay it wasn't damaged although I really thought it would of been if hadn't been for the internal foam. The exterior box was smashed on one end corners smashed in could see the inside foam which was broken/cracked also. If not for the internal foam this would of been all broken good work by packagers of the inside, failure as for the carrier/delivery.

Looks great, Easy to install Horrible when flushing! It takes around three flushes to clear the toilet paper from the front of the bowl. Pretty poor design. If I weren't selling the house, I would take it back.

Won't flush paper on the front of the bowl

Looks good, like the seat, but if you have toilet paper that didn't make it to the water in the bowl, like in the front, it doesn't flush. It takes two to three flushes to finally pull the paper down. I think this is a big factor, as many times, the paper is just dropped into the front of the bowl

We ordered 3 toilets because of the prior high ratings, we are totally dissatisfied. The ready close seats do not work and the toilets take 3 flushes to clean

Lousy Instructions

The instructions are written and illustrated for the most generic of toilets, so most parts do not look like what appears in them. Why can't you have the accurate engineering drawings for the actual product? Seems like a no-brainer. First flush was today. It's a cheap toilet, but it functions, so far.

The first product was delivered damaged. Returned and reordered. The second product order was satisfying. The ADA seating is very accommodating. The water savings and the overall quality exceeds expectations.

Follow Up

Following up on my May 24, 2024 review about the design flaw in the toilet seat and the need to purchase a new seat, the manufacturer contacted me and said they would reimburse me $40 for the new toilet seat. However they wanted my PayPal account information and said they would only reimburse me through this method, rather than send me a check for my purchase. I do not trust electronic funds transfer, especially from Asia, and I certainly do not give out my financial account numbers to total strangers. So, the company will not reimburse me as promised. Terrible customer service. No reputation to stand on. I suggest avoiding this brand altogether -- all their products.

The seat has a design flaw. No matter how much you tighten the seat from underneath the toilet, it wobbles side-to-side with any movement, e.g., wiping. I had to spend an extra $40 to replace the seat with a conventional, more secure fitting. I believe the manufacturer should compensate me for it.

Seems like a good toilet so far. (Only been installed for a week.)

Toilet is small--Loose, Flimsy plastic Lid

It flushes fine. It measures 17" from floor to bowl, but feels shorter! If you weigh more than 100lbs do not sit on the closed toilet lid, it will cave in. The toilet seat is thin plastic in a curve so that it squishes down...and the screws holding down the complicated lid are too small for the holes, so if you lean sideways to wipe, it moves and clanks like loose metal. I'm buying a new lid, and keeping the toilet since it cost more to install than the toilet! Live and learn.

A Throne Truly Fit for a King!!

We just bought a new house and both toilets were very old and low to the floor. My husband and I both have bad knees so we wanted chair height toilets. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with these. We purchased two and they have fantastic flushing power. The height is perfect. We had our handyman install them and it took him a while, but that's only because the old toilets were hard to get out. I would purchase these again.

Instructions did not say how to use the bolts and washers to attach the tank to the bowl, so this is what I did:

This is my proud moment of chosing a toilet all by myself and not getting a bad one. In fact we need two new toilets, so after installing this one we decided to buy rhe exact same one when we have the money. Its working well. Nice water flow and seating. I love the white color. Seems to have a good quality to it. Highly recommend.

I’ve never reviewed a toilet before, but this toilet deserves a great review! My husband got a little help from my dad and they installed it and it went smoothly. They didn’t have any issues. It looks very nice. I really like the soft-close seat so my kids don’t slam it closed. It seems to be a high quality toilet and I’m happy with it! It’s much better than the really old one it replaced!

[Rewarded Review] Stylish unit with unique seat mount that looks and performs well

We put this stylish unit in our half-bath and it really looks and performs well. It is sleek and clean with a fine finish and nice soft-close seat. The seat and its mount are especially nice with a very novel mounting system. Of course, performance is critical here and it does very well in that regard. The siphon action is strong, clearing waste thoroughly and quickly every time with a quick flushing cycle. The bowl gets washed pretty thoroughly using a pretty typical set of rim water ports and without any swirling actions or channels.
