Purchased first toilet it wsd cracked, second ones finish was unfinished and extremely rough

Ghost flushing

We bought four of these Champion Pro 1.23 gpm toilets this summer. I would never recommend them. Two toilets have consistently lost water in the tank, despite my replacing one tank, both flush valves and seals. Because the tanks continue to leak, the fill valve recognizes the drop in the water level and runs frequently to keep the water level up. I have had to replace the flush valves with aftermarket flush valves to be able to use the toilets. Horrible flush valve design. Do not buy.

We love our new toilet - the delivery was on time and with the email notices for each part, they were all on schedule. Very happy with our experience with Home Depot.

When i opened the toilet bowl part there was a hairline surface crack in porcelin the size of a quarter near the top behind where the seat would be installed. Since the part was 3 days late as orginally listed and running out of time i had to install it the way it was. Probably wont buy buy american standard part again.

Saw the product at the Jamestown NY store. Very helpful salesman told us how to order this special color on the internet. It turned out great.

I ordered this toilet in bone color. After waiting a week to find out my order was ready I pick it up at store and brought it to job site for installation. After opening the boxes a saw I was given a bone colored toilet bowl and a white toilet tank. I had to drive back to make a return at the store and reorder. Then go back and pick up the correct order where it arrived. The manager did give me $100 of my reorder of this $430 toilet. I still lost money on this job due to travel time and rescheduling.

The flush valve started leaking after a few weeks. Also short flushes. Will have to remove tank and replace weird AS valve with a flap valve.

Flushing Action Lousy

The Good: Looks very nice and stylish. The Bad: The 4 inch Accelerator Flushing valve is supposed to save water by using only 1.6 gal, but its hit or miss if the siphoning action works. A toilet only has one job to do and this one does it poorly.

Great 'large dump' flushing capability

For the last couple of years I had trouble with one of my 3 toilets. Twice I had to uninstall the toilet, take it outside and flush it with a garden hose to unclog it. The last time I had to use a high pressure nozzle on the end of a hose using hot water from my sink faucet. Enough was enough! I had recently installed 5 Champion toilets in my cabin in South Dakota's Black Hills, and loved them. So, I decided to purchase and install all three new ones in my home. Since then there has never been a 'dump' the Champion couldn't handle. Once it sort of seemed like it was going to clog, but a 2nd flush took care of that. What a great addition to my cabin and home

This toilet has incredible suction, low water use, and is quiet!

Flush valve has goost flushes. Had to install Korky handle and leaver and blue seal to stop leaking.

Simply the best toilet on the market today!

I became aware of American Standard Champion Pro toilets in 2013 because the hotel I was staying in had them. I was so impressed I had to find out what they were. I now have 6 of them - 5 in our home and 1 in our vacation home. Each and every one of them continues to give great service with a bare minimum (essentially 0) of issues. Every time I talk to someone about toilets I unequivocably recommend them!

Must hold handle down through the full flush to get a complete flush. Every time.

Turns out they send toilets from the American standard factory direct! No QC on the shipment, sent wrong toilet, was supposed to get labels for shipping it back, nothing yet, I hope they gat it right this time. 3 weeks without a toilet in MB, my suggestion is buy from a book g box store so you can see what your getting!

It looks like a beautiful toilet just what I wanted for my guest bath, ordered two times and received a different one each time very heavy to return . Wayfair were quick with first replacement and sent FedEx to get second one, never got so sad.

You sent me the wrong product. I ordered champion pro toilets with skirted sides, as pictired. You sent Cadet Pro with open sides.

Not what I was hoping for in a new toilet

Dissapointing product, flapper leaks and flushes incomplete unless you hold the lever for a long time. Started running after a few months and flapper design limits options to adjust or replace

Do not order! There is a mixup in the Wayfair system. I was concerned after seeing other reviews, so I called Wayfair. They said that it looked like the white option had an issue, but the Bone option that I wanted should be fine. They assured me to order with confidence, knowing they would come pick it up if there was an issue. It is the wrong toilet in the wrong color. Only automated return option has me paying for shipping, which I am not about to do. I will be calling them back. Hopefully somebody finally fixes this issue so as not to waste any more time and resources for people, and the planet quite honestly.

This is not the toilet in the picture. Look up Champion Pro by American Standard. Totally different (and white). The toilet pictured is 600-800 online. Wayfair was great w return.

Troubles with Wayfair. 4 times I ordered this toilet, and they sent me a completely different, inferior product. I finally called the distributor to find this skew is for a different product. Why it is still here for others to order is baffling. Something is not right at Wayfair to have such a disconnect with the consumer. I am leary of future purchases.
