Wrong toilet

We told the salesman we wanted an elongated toilet but when it was installed, it was round.

Poor gaskets, Tank cracked

Had toilet for about a year when the internal flush gaskets began to deterioate. The rubber gaskets continually got bubbles so had to keep replacing. We finally decided to replace all the tank inners and when I tightened the bolts to reattach tank, the tank itself cracked. I am NOT a strong woman (anymore) and have little hand strength these days. I tightened alternately - as instructions read - and suddenly the tank cracked. Now I have to buy another tank. Aovid purchasing this toilet!

the seat it comes with has an odd angle to it.

it's a toilet and does it's job well. powerful flush and very quiet when it fills the tank. don't use the wax ring that comes with it, it's junk. spend the money on a better wax ring before the install.

Great value

Perfect for a small bathroom with little space. Would have preferred a different tank and handle design but this was the only choice in town in stock in a 10 inch rough in. Although the tank is small, it has an amazing flush. Have had no issues with it flushing tank completely.

Easy install

Included everything needed, no problems. Fit in the space and works fine.

So far, it’s good

Going to take a little time getting use sitting higher. Flushes great and like the soft close toilet seat lid.
