I ordered the white one and received the Coastal Teak color - need to return it.

Not Easy due to manufacturer

I recommend it BUT: the pre-drilled holes were about 1/5 of the depth needed for the screws that came with it. there is no way to see if the holes are aligned. Even after that hurdle, the screws did not go in all the way because the pre-drilled holes were not deep enough. the screws were very difficult to remove. use your own standard screws. Assembly went easier after we abandoned those annoying screws.

Love the look of this new mailbox post! Everything came packaged nicely. I love that it looks like wood but won’t rot. Exceeded my expectations. This post is a beast. Only time will tell if it will hold up to the high winds of our coastal region, but we put it in with concrete so I have confidence that it will.

Nice mailbox post!

I had a wooden mailbox post that was rotted. That 4x4 post was actually 3.5” and this one is 4.25” so I had to enlarge the opening. I added a solar light to the top of the post and a metal plate to protect the base from the lawn tools. My old one was chewed up at the base.

Easy to assemble and install. Looks great. Would recommend.

Spectacular product, exceeds all expectations, it was easily installed and is absolutely the most beautiful product imaginable. We purchased an all aluminum mailbox from a different source to go on it and it will be maintenance-free for decades! We also purchased a solar post topper from ultrabrighttech.com which fits the 4.25 inch diameter perfectly!

The picture of the product is very misleading, it Does Not come with a mailbox, as I was expecting. Customer service recommended a large mailbox, but it takes a medium. Also, buyers need to aware that mailboxes Do Not come with bolts or screws for attachment.

Beautiful post, easy to install and the quality is excellent.

Much much better looking than a thin plastic unit stuck over a 4X4. Also easier to instal as it goes directly into the hole. Last but not least, even pressure treated wood will rot over time. Worth the money in my opinion

The post is great. However, the mailbox we bought doesn’t stay closed. This wasn’t discovered until after installation. The screws to attach the mailbox to the new post are yellow. I’m not sure why they are not black like the mailbox and the post!

great looking post

This is a great looking post. The only downside which has nothing to do with the post itself is i noticed too late that the post cap that goes on top was cracked during shipment. When i noticed it was broken, the post was already in the ground. I contacted the company and they are sending out a new cap at no charge. Very happy with this purchase, it looks great and seems like it will be extremely durable and low maintenance.

Really nicely made and looks great. This was installed directly into concrete and has already been through a couple good storms and it hasn't budged!
