so far so good, not noisy, difficult to install, 20 ft high ceiling, large area, no insulation, balance on tall ladder in middle of the room, we'll see if it outlasts the warranty,

Fan was easy to assemble and install.

Wasted time and money

Fan was delivered relatively quickly and was easy to install. Once I got the fan installed the remote would not sync. Tried multiple times to sync the remote but no luck. I was able to get the fan to work with my phone, but when my wife connected her phone it stopped working from my phone. I called the manufacturer and they sent a new control box and remote. I swapped the control box and nothing worked. The new remote would not sync and would not work with mine or my wife's phones. Horrible!!!!

The fan looks great and works perfectly. The design of the fan blade screws is great! It holds the screw in so it can’t be dropped during installation.

Haven’t set it up yet. But it looks great. The light is smaller than expected though.

Not worth the money

For $300 I was expecting a powerful fan but this is the complete opposite. On the most powerful level 6 you barely feel any air blowing. The old 52 inch fan this one replaced was 15yrs old and a lot stronger. The only good thing about this fan is the smart function other than that this fan is horrible. I am not sure how this fan has so many positive reviews

Love the brightness of the light, the app ease of use, and the look of item in my living room.

The remote paring should be easier to complete without dealing with the electrical breaker panel!!!

This fan is large and moves the air! Love it!!

Quiet, functional, and looks great

I have purchased 3 of these fans and have been happy with them. The look nice and function smoothly. There is a slight delay when first turned on but not bad. Light has great range of brightness and fan puts out great wind when I want it to. Install is frustrating due to small space to store receiver box when installing is my biggest complaint.

Bought the fan for the covered back patio. It fits perfect and works great. Light and speed adjustment work well the remote makes it simple to set for winter or summer direction.

The BEST fan!

Last year we bought 2 of these fans for our large living/dining area. These fans are STRONG and I love that it pairs with Alexa (so we're able to just use the Alexa app for all of our smart home electronics). Friends and family often comment how pretty & powerful these fans are. Now we're remodeling our master bedroom and these are our obvious pick.

very disappointing to buy a brand new fan and the light don’t work. Customer service is awful. After several days and talking to different associates I still don’t have a light being mailed.

Light worked for about 3 weeks

The fan looks beautiful and the air flow is excellent. However, the light worked for about 3 weeks. After reading other reviews, I decided to re-pair the remote and now neither the light nor the remote works. I can only use it through the app.
