So comfortable and supportive. No more back/hip pain after homework or WFH.

I love this chair. It is so adjustable and so solid, and it's just fun to sit on and I feel very well supported and my back feels good too. Be warned it is quite a heavy chair, but that adds to the feeling of solidity and it makes it roll smoothly. It was extremely easy to put together and I'm confident we'll have it for a long time.

Great delivery. Chair was not what I expected for the price. It was not very comfortable - at least for me. However, my college student child LOVES it compared to her hand-me-down chair she was using. It helps support her back when studying.

I wfh 8-10 hrs a day and needed a chair that was adjustable and does not put pressure on the lower back. I bought this chair after having used the same one for several months at my old job - excellent long hour support very adjustable.

This chair is just what I needed, I just started working from home and the initial chair I purchased was not comfortable after a few hours of sitting, but this one is so much more supportive and comfortable. It was also extremely easy to assemble.

We received this chair in a week from ordering it. It’s extremely comfortable and supportive. I had another Hon Ignition with a gray seat and the black seat is significantly improved in look. The only thing I wish was still active was the weekend sale so I could buy more at that price point.

I got this chair in the white frame with passion fruit/fog accent colors. This chair was very easy to assemble, took under 5 minutes, as a lot of the parts were already pre-assembled prior to shipping. The seat cushion is very firm, and the fabric is fairly soft (like a textured tweed?). The armrests are adjustable in height with a simple click of the tab located just under the top of the armrest, and you can adjust the width of the armrests side to side. It is easy to adjust the seat height as well. You can adjust the seat depth, and the tilt/recline function to add/subtract resistance when tilting back the chair. The chair was surprisingly heavy with an overall weight of 54 pounds, but the wheels roll very smoothly. So far this chair works great for me, and I love the pop of color the seat cushion gives to my desk area. Even the cats like the chair.

Bought the chair because of its great reviews. Seat cushion is not sufficient. Arm supports are not very stable. I would not buy this chair again.

We own 4 older Hon Ignition chairs, built ca 2010, which are far better built and more comfortable. This one is lighter which may be an advantage for some people, not as obviously adjustable, and came with a defective cushion. Wayfair replaced the cushion and then sent another chair. That was generous.

This is really a nice chair, especially for the price. While the directions were not good, it was fairly intuitive to assemble. And when I put the arms on reversed (right and left), it was easy to fix. The chair is for my 6'3" husband and he says it's comfortable.

Very comfortable and appears well made. Adjustable across multiple aspects. Easy to complete assembly.

This chair feels super solid and I'm sure it will last a long time. I wish the height was adjustable lower for shorter legs :) I give it three stars because I think you can get just as comfortable a chair for a lower price but time will tell.

I bought this in Biscotti/fog and was concerned about buying it without trying it first, but I’m glad I took the leap.

The chair is fine but customer service has been HORRIBLE!!! I wanted to have the chair assembled and Wayfair sent me to Angi -- who lost the order *after* charging me for the service! Angi did nothing to help so I called Wayfair and THEY did nothing to help. I'm absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service. Other customers should stay FAR AWAY from both companies!!!
