Great product,easy to install. Instructions from 4 wire to 2 wire were not quite clear enough. I needed to research a bit more. Love the clean look and the accuracy of temperature control. I replaced 50 year old units with these modern digitals, and i am a mid 70s female....you can do it!

Nice update for my brand new bathroom electric baseboard heat.
Nice Operation
Controls our baseboard electric (2-wire 220v) units very well. No noisy heat-up, cool down clicking and snapping just even steady heat. Save some money and order the lower-capacity version if you have a small room with less than 6 ft or so of baseboard heat.
Simple, accurate Thermostat
This is the 3rd RLV3150A thermostat installed. Each one is on a separate basebord heater. So far all are working well (first one installed a year ago). Installation is easy if replacing a 240V wall mount thermostat. It does a good job keeping an even temperature in the room. Only complaint is when pressing Temp up or down to get the backlight to light, it sometimes increments or decrements the setpoint by 1 degree. They should have a longer "wakeup" debounce on the button press. That's the only reason for 4 stars Vs 5.

Simple to use.
Works great on my electric ceiling heat. Easy to use and understand. Nothing to program. You can set it to be F or C. Simple switch setting. Has lockout feature where no settings can be changed- this could be good in many settings. And has a switch you can set if it will control a fan as well. Mine is on a 220V circuit.
