WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER.
First of all, Good luck to you if you need someone to answer the phone. Their online chat is useless if you have an issue that is not listed. I had a simple question about this product, and the two people I finally got on the phone were more only interested in giving me another phone number to call and not even hear what my question was. When I told them that was not fair giving that they were the people we had purchased from, they just hung up the phone. I suggested this product to one of my clients. I will never recommend this company ever again and let all my colleagues and people I know what a terrible experience I have had.

Cheap copy of an original design
This is a cheap copy of the original Pilke pendant designed by Tuuka Halonen. The original piece even wan Good Design Award. Maxim Lighting should be ashamed. This item should be taken off the website immediately. Also you can see the low quality of this piece even from the images. Terrible...

Super handsome pendant for my entry hallway
I'm loving this pendant lamp. I have a slanted ceiling and it hangs down perfectly and I love the light textures on the walls when turned on. Very handsome shade.
Beautiful, natural wood light
Very cool light fixture! We put this in our entryway/rotunda and it looks great. The light makes a significant pattern on the wall/ ceiling when it's on; we enjoy that but some may not. It arrived undamaged and customer service was great when I had questions. Happy with the purchase!

This is a cheap copy of the original fixture designed by Tuukka Halonen and manufactured by Showroom Finland. It is very sad and disgraceful to see companies copying original designs.
