So disappointed!

Purchased this mirror for a remodeled bathroom. I had to wait quite awhile due to delays in shipment. When it arrived, contractor installed it however, there was small chip of glass on one of the doors. Called Lowes and they did nothing--nothing. I couldn't return it since it was recessed and the case was already installed. I had ordered another one thinking I can replace it but it didn't fit the evenly so it was a total wash. Have this beautiful new bathroom with this mirror chipped. Very unhappy with both Jensen and Lowe's. If you're lucky to get a decent one, then I would think it would be a perfect cabinet; just can't say that in my case.

Really like the view

We like all the mirrors. One of the mirrors has a small chip. Missing one screw for attaching the hinges. When we opened it the bag for all the screws was torn open so the screws, hinges, and other parts were all over inside the box.

The size we needed was hard to find, so we were happy to find this one...but it is very cheaply made and sounds tinny. Not a great quality product, but serves its purpose

The first one that I purchased was missing hardware and plastic bumpers for the doors. Had to return it and the new one was still missing a plastic bumper. Had to improvise to keep the glass door from hitting the metal cabinet.

Measure twice

I should have measured better. It is small but will work out

Good except two important screws were missing.

It was what I expected and was received in the time you said. The only problem was two important screw were missing which was agrivating.

Just what we wanted

We puchased three of these for our new home. We chose this model because of the steel frame. On the first one we didn't totally understand the directions but we followed them and only ended up with one redo--We had placed the center pane where the right hand pane should be so we had to remount the mirrors. The directions are correct, so take your time and just make sure that you mount the mirrors in the correct order.
