Cabinet good, but several misses with supplier/manufacturer.

Fresca needs to include more detailed instructions in the boxes with the 2 cabinets. Some pieces are not even shown in the instruction sheets they provide. An example are 2 aluminum channel pieces that are about 3” long each. Not shown and no idea what they are used to assemble. They don’t seem integral to the installation but why are they there?? Also need to know This size unit comes in 2 separate pieces that you mount together with the mounting bracket and you find that out for the first time upon delivery and intuitiveness. Get with it company!!

Love the product! Like the shelves and mirrored interior. Corners were chipped during shipment but replacement was sent right away.

The second of 2 boxes was never delivered. I had to return the first box and reorder, with another 3 week delay.

I had an older version of this product at my previous place - they now added soft close to the doors, which makes such a difference! This looks beautiful inside and out.

Damaged 3 times in a row and my contractor went ahead and installed it with the chip. I was eventually given a discount but may done day just decide to redo it all over again until it’s done right. I do like it for its size but concerned that the older I get the harder it will be for me to reach.

Absolutely love the mirror. Had to return 3 times due to breakage. Need to get a better shipping company. Directions were horrible but once we figured them out it was easy to install

I love the mirror, mirrors inside and outside! Very heavy, it is in 2 pieces so installation will be much more manageable.

Not 59” and arrived broken

Poor packing, poor assembly instructions and parts provided

I purchased the 60" option which consisted of a 40" plus 20" unit. The packing of the units is so bad that the shelves for the 40" unit arrived broken. I called for replacement shelves and was asked to provide pictures, Waited over 3 weeks with no additional response. Called customer support again, and found out the replacement had been cancelled for some reason. The new customer support rep was very nice and authorized a replacement for the order. When I opened the replacement's box, the shelves for the 40" unit were broken again. At this point, my contractor is waiting to install the units and I have decided to just have glass shelves made. How can the manufacturer do such a poor job of packing the glass shelves? The are simply wrapped with a layer of packing sheet, on the outside of the unit where the get the most bumps! In addition the brackets that hold the units together were bent, and the screws didn't fit properly.

This is an amazing item! Easy to install and looks amazing in the area I had intended it to go!

Specs are not accurate. Width is longer than shown. Cannot use this product. Out $$$ now. Frustrated.

We purchased this because the specs say this mirror is 59" which gave us some play to open the doors. Now that we are completing the bathroom install we discover that the three mirrors combined are 59 and 1/2 inches. We cannot use this cabinet now - are outside the return window - and are stuck with it. Costly mistake due to manufacturers bad specs. And yes, we understand the product title says 60" - well guess what... it's not 60" either - it is 59.5" so anyway you want to look at it - the specs are wrong.

The system to adjust the doors is excelent. There are three screws to move each hinge in all directions. Lining up the doors goes super easy.
