The item arrived missing shelves and the smaller cabinet is scratched inside. The directions to hang it were sub par. Home Depot directs you to the company to handle these problems. They did send me shelves quickly and waiting on a resolution to the scratches inside the cabinet.

Great storage for a small bathroom. Clean looking.

Is heavy-duty, and gorgeous. It's not installed yet, and may have to jut out about 1.5 inches (I'm doing a recessed, but there isn't 5 inches of space). I think it will still look fabulous though. Outside of packing box was very beaten up, but the product inside was well padded, protected, and everything was in perfect condition.

The piece arrived damaged. The center mirror was chipped and since the broken glass was not in the box I believe it was packed already damaged. However the biggest aggravation was dealing with the manufacturer who did not want to send a replacement in a timely fashion. Home Depot tried to be helpful but they were limited in fixing the problem.

Mirror fell off door frame

At 4am the left door mirror came crashing down waking the whole house. Half inch double sided tape failed and heavy glass mirror fell off. I removed other large door to prevent similar occurance from happening and injuring a family member or pets.

so far, so good. Will update if anything changes.

Beautiful medicine cabinet that holds a lot. Love the mirrors in the interior - it’s been super helpful for doing my skincare and makeup routines. We hired handymen to install it and it took them 2 hours (with previous mirror already removed).

This was so heavy but I am glad the contractor installed it perfectly. I love it because it has mirrors inside too - making it easy to apply cream on the face because of it. Shelves are sturdy ( made of glass) and when installed are solid and not wobbly. A beautiful center piece to the newly renovated bathroom.

I bought the cabinet and had to wait to install because of contractors schedule. The cabinet was to be recessed. I did not receive mounting brackets for this. Called vendor, they were rude and wanted to charge me extra for tge parts. And then, Iwas told I had to wait an extra 10 to 14 days because they don't over night ship. These cabinets are not cheap!

We ordered the Fresca 49x36 medicine cabinet It was a little tricky installing it we got it in . When we went to put shelves in there was only enough for 1 ser of shelves The cabinet came in 2 pieces because of size but only enough shelf clips for 1 piece How do we get rhe rest?

I purchased this mirror because the master bath design was lacking storage. This mirror showed up and I was not expecting the quality. The entire interior of the mirror is lined with mirror. The back wall and the back of each door is mirror. It also has fully adjustable hinges another added bonus. I highly recommend.

Recommend with reservations

I had a contractor do a recessed install on this almost 2 years ago. This is a beautiful cabinet, and provides lots of extra storage for my bath. to date, I've had no problems with the product as installed. BUT - after reading more recent reviews, I see some issues I had are still not resolved. My original order had several damaged shelves. Very poor packaging for an all glass product. I never could find a contact for customer service. So, before I returned the cabinet, I ordered it again. Same deal, broken shelves. So, maybe not kosher, but I took the good ones, put all the bad ones back in the box and returned the unit with all the damaged shelves. So, I would give 5 stars for the look of the unit and storage space. 0 stars for shipping and customer service.

Horrible. Fell off the wall twice - installed by a professional carpenter and still would not stay on the wall.

This mirrored medicine cabinet is just gorgeous! It gave us so much extra storage space in our master bathroom. I was impressed with the shipping materials used because it cushioned the mirror so it arrived in perfect condition! We had wanted to recess the mirror in the wall but there was a pipe in the way so we surface mounted it and it looks great. The side mirror strips included finish the raw edge nicely.
