Mismatched hose and hand shower

Bought a brushed nickel set from Lowe's and opened the sealed package only to find that while the hand shower and bracket are brushed nickel but the hose is chrome. Shouldn't the hose be brushed nickel too. Make the bath look odd. Moen support is no help. Have spent 30+ minutes on hold for 3 different days by calling 800-289-6636 but never got a real person. There is no way to send an email. Will try Meon support tomorrow. If i don't get a real person, this product is going back

When I got it home I found the pack had been opened and then taped shut. It was missing 1 little washer. I called Moen, the washer is part of an assembly, they sent me a whole new unit. Home Depot, don't put something back on the shelf without all the parts!!!!

Works Okay

I debated between this single shower head with hose or a double one being fixed and the other on the hose. The single is better as you don't have to reach up and adjust the valve ( which always stiffens rotationally as they age) for flow to head/s.

Poor quality

It was not up to the mark , the quality was not good. The wire broke and its leaking

I bought this shower head and the water pressure was really low to the point of returning it. It took forever to rinse myself of soap and it was frustrating. I looked online for how to increase the water pressure and found some info. On the shower handle, where the hose connects, I undid the connection and I seen a blue plug with a very small round washer. I removed the washer and reconnected the hose back to the shower head, and BAM! The pressure is much better and almost to the point of being too much but you can change the shower head pattern or lower the hot/cold water volume. If you don't like the pressure just reinsert the washer and you will be back to the factory setting. Hope thing helps anyone with pressure issues. Of course, check that this doesn't void the warranty, but I doubt it as you are removing just a washer.

Broken showerhead flew off in shower

How does anyone think a plastic part can hold together a heavy metal shower head with water pressure running through it? The shower head broke, flew through the air and narrowly missed my 93 year Mother’s head. It struck the tile shower and sent water all over. She could have been seriously hurt. Is there a recall on this awful product?
