Love this thing!

I don't have much to compare this to, but my entire family loves this thing. Only problem I have is everyone now uses the master bath toilet. Heated seat is great. Hot water is fantastic. It heats it up before spraying so from start to finish the water is warm/hot. The dryer is a little useless unless you want to sit for 5 minutes, but if you use it for 30 seconds or so it does a little. In reality you could go without the dryer. Overall great product so far. Installation was very simple other than having to put in an outlet.

I loved this bidet seat but the loud beep ruined it. Had read about the beep in reviews but we couldn’t use it at night or it would wake someone up. Also the wand flushes before and after every use of the toilet whether you use the bidet or not. I discovered I could stop it each time short with the stop button, but overall it just wasn’t a good fit for us. The tankless, endless hot water was excellent. Well made, this would be great for a person living alone or sound sleepers and people who didn’t mind all the noise and extra wand rinsing. Great price too.

The Bad: T-diverter fitting did not fit correctly toilet side, it actually started to eat away from the plastic pipe tread. I had to get one from that fast delivery place online for additional $13.

This bidet seat has a lot of features for the money. Nightlight, soft close seat, adjustable nozzles, dryer and remote control. We love it.

Amazing features...

For starters, this is my 1st bidet. A friend of ours kept talking about how we needed to have one and my wife "surprised" me by bringing one home one day. After an easy installation, I'm checking this thing out and I couldn't believe all the features it had. I had it give it a test drive. I played with all the various features: temp of water/seat, water pressure, and the fact that I'm literally aiming the jet of water in just the precise area...this thing was amazing. Couldn't be happier.

If you have never used a bidet, you are missing out on one of life’s little pleasures. This bidet from Niagara Hydrotech is the second in our household. It is a full feature bidet, including warm seat, warm wash, night light and automatic cleaning. The nozzle position and water pressure are adjustable. The remote control is easy to understand and holds magnetically to its station. The build quality of this unit is superb. Well designed and easy to install. The installation and use directions are straight-forward and well illustrated. Get one for yourself and your family will thank you. Not to mention the environmental benefits…

[Rewarded Review] Best option around to update your toilet to a bidet and toilet combo

So this is probably the weirdest review I've ever written. However, I think it's appropriate to make sure everybody understands. My goal was to obviously continue to stay clean and healthy, but to also help the environment a bit. Obviously, there is energy and natural resources required to produce toilet paper transport it and then dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. This bidet seat eliminates probably 80% of that toilet paper waste in my home now. As you can see by the pictures and reading the instructions online on the Home Depot website, installation is a breeze. Removal of the old toilet seat was probably the hardest part given the fact that the backside nuts were difficult to remove. Once the old seat was removed and I cleaned up the top of the toilet bowl, following the instructions and installing the new seat was approximately 10 minutes. I love how the new toilet uses the much more modern and efficient rubber balloon nuts to secure the toilet. After a couple of times of aligning the toilet seat I had it exactly where I wanted it. Water line installation was straightforward with a single stubby handle adjustable wrench. I plugged the bidet seat into the nearby Outlet as you can see in pictures. Given the fact that most tanks sit away from the wall approximately a half to three quarters of an inch, placing the excess electrical cord behind the tank was simple. Once installed operation is quite simple. The remote control does it all. I did read the instructions but I really didn't need them since the remote control was very intuitive. In the end, the bidet seat does a fantastic job for its purpose. I'm sorry I waited so long to install one. The quality of the product, purpose of the product, help to the environment, and overall appearance are fantastic. If you are interested I highly recommend this product.

[Rewarded Review] Great and impressive featured slim-design bidet!

We had installed our first bidet right after covid started and it was ok, however it was a little lacking and has a large profile. This one however if far much slimmer and looks just like a standard toilet seat. Some of the features we like it the modern look and the addition of a night light as well as a drying feature! A bidet without the ability to try isn’t really saving you any toilet paper but it is very sanitary. I like this design overall, but I’m not impressed with the anchoring bolts as they don’t seem to hold it in place very well, but we’ll see how it goes in time. It will be an easy fix if we need better bolts, there are lots of options. I followed the direction using the template to line up where the mounting plate should go but it was too far back and I had to adjust it, but it does get you to a good starting point. Installation took about 30 minutes as I was just replacing and existing bidet so there was no need to install the included T-connection as the one in place was the same thread layout. You’ll need a pail to empty the tank if that needs to be replaced on yours along with another 10-15 minutes of work. All in all, we are happy with this one and the features of the remote and holder, which appears to be magnetic on a slight angle when you place it back in the holder. Again, everything you need to complete this as a DIY project is included. I would recommend this addition to your bathroom, it’s a worthwhile investment.

[Rewarded Review] Wow! Quite the toilet seat!

I truly love this Niagara bidet seat. It was extremely easy to install by following the simple directions. It went together in just about 15 minutes. My only problem is that I’m running an extension cord right now as I’m going to have an electric outlet put on that wall within the week. I had to try it. The spray is adjustable in both pressure and direction. The blower worked well. I haven’t tried the heated seat yet, but look forward to trying it as winter approaches.

[Rewarded Review] great hygiene aid tool

This product is a great way to clean the rear end of just about any individual that may need aid in this hygiene product. I like that it has a remote so one does not have to reach to the side to operate and that it has many options to aid in the cleaning of the posterior so one can feel more independent and not have to have someone clean them, which makes it less embarrassing for the individual.

Love my bidet

I love my new bidet seat! It was so easy to install, and the seat itself is very comfortable. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use, and I appreciate having three different water temperature settings. The water flow is also great, and it does a fantastic job of cleaning me up.

Incredible quality and easy to use!

I asked for a bidet for my 30th birthday (totally a normal gift, right?) and this is what I received! Let’s just say that I was recently traveling and was more excited to come home to my Niagara bidet than to see my pets this time. This was a game changer for me. I struggled to truly feel clean after going and this changed that for me. It’s so easy to install and you can customize everything about your experience. Pressure, placement, heat, it does it all. Truly the best 30th birthday gift.

Works Fantastic

Replaced an old bidet seat we had. This one does not have a water reservoir tank on it that runs out of hot water, instead it delivers endless hot water. We like it so much better than our old one. Great remote control too. Very easy to use. Installation was very easy too. It does need an outlet so make sure you have one nearby. We did from our previous seat.

I got this seat while it was on sale and was pleasantly surprised. I had an old Toto bidet seat and this one does all the basic spray/wash functions and more. The larger night light also help us see better when going to the bathroom at night. Will be purchasing another one for my parents!

Upgrading our bathroom with this really added that bit of luxury. Once you’ve had one of these you’ll be installing them on every toilet in the house. Must have!!
