Returning does not look anything like pictures bulky flat weave and color is way off from pictures very disappointed spent long time selecting a runner.

This is nice and natural looking. If you want a super soft rug dont get this. I like it but some may not

This rug fits perfect in our beauty studio. Color and quality is on point. Initially had a musky smell but seemed to go away after a week.

I really like the rug and got lots of compliments, however it sheds A LOT. I have two dogs and it feels like I added another dog... I vacuum day and night, but anything that hits the rug will pick up little hairs...

The rug is really soft and looks great in our living room. I am taking 1 star off because I think the color is more light grayish than ivory (as seen in the photo).

Beautiful rug that looks more expensive than what you pay. It does get quite fuzzy with foot traffic but the fuzzes are removed easily. It does seem to be “stripey” in low light but in person the stripes do look more organic and nice.

Impossible to clean, it becomes really hard to upkeep.

This rug is BEAUTIFUL and worked so well with my farmhouse decor. It vacuums well. I knocked two stars as if you have pets, not a great fit. My dog stretches and rubs back on carpet and his nails catch the loops. Sometimes I can reloop them so you can’t tell but not always. It does shed quite a bit but I think if I vacuumed daily for the first two weeks it would’ve mitigated that. Just make sure it’s in a space that the loops won’t catch on anything. Keeping it as it really is beautiful.

I do not recommend this rug if you are interested in the ivory color or are concerned with off-gassing. It is not an ivory by any means and Wayfair gave us a hard time with returning it based on color. The chemical smell from the rug is strong as well. It is very comfortable under your feet, but color is very important as we ordered this for a client and they could see right away it is brown and not ivory.

This rug is the perfect ivorygraybrown combination that I was looking for. It’s very soft on the feet (jute look without the jute scratchy feel) and is a big hit with my two dogs… highly recommend!

All fell apart less than a year after I got it. There's pulls everywhere on it and it completely lost it's shape. Super disappointed, we threw it out after just 16 months of having it.

Darker than I hoped it would be. Some pulls that I didn’t like either but was told by the wayfair rep to just cut them. Sheds but I think that’s normal for natural fiber rugs. Wish there was no polyester. Still, very nice rug and feels cozy.

This rug is much more textured and softer than I expected. Based on the weave, I had some concerns about the amount of fiber this rug might shed, but several reviewers noted the lack of shedding. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I've had the rug for 6 weeks and it sheds more than any rug I have ever had. Piles of fibers accumulate throughout the first floor of our home (under furniture, along walls, on other rogs, on our socks) which requires vacuuming every 2-3 days. The manufacturer states that this can be expected and after several months will slowly diminish. It might be OK in a bedroom with little to no foot traffic, but I would not recommend for a living/family room.

The rug is perfect! The color is a nice blend with a beige/light gray tone and is really soft on the feet. It goes well with my coastal/rustic design in the living room.
