Returning does not look anything like pictures bulky flat weave and color is way off from pictures very disappointed spent long time selecting a runner.

The rug itself is great but the petroleum smell caused me to return and to order another rug.

It’s good quality but it’s really thick and more yellow than what I had hoped for. I wanted a more neutral toned rug but this is definitely yellow. I was going to put this under my dining table but because it’s so thick, there is a big height difference so it didn’t work out for me

Very nice rug- sturdy and well made. It’s a bit smelly out of the plastic. I’m hoping that goes away soon. Otherwise it’s great! It does slightly shed.

unfortunately I was not happy that the rug I received was much bulkier and thicker than what I thought I would be receiving. I needed a rug with a very low profile. so this is the last rug I will order from Wayfair.

Way thicker than I thought and the material feels scratchy/rough. Also sheds horribly. Unfortunately returned.

I’m so upset. I lay this brand new rug down and the braiding is all messed up!! I even bought insurance on the rug and the only way for me to get the new rug is by returning this one On my dime…. Are they kidding It came out of the box like this!!!! I tried calling can’t get the robot to go away and get a human on the phone. Never ordering from here again until this is resolved. I can’t believe my new rug came like this and I can’t get a replacement

This rug aesthetically looks great! However, after 1 year of use, the rug has become extremely discolored by the sun. Also, it sheds a ton which is annoying. I would not purchase this rug again.

This is nice and natural looking. If you want a super soft rug dont get this. I like it but some may not

Lovely rug, even better than I anticipated. Someone stepped on it with dirt on their shoes but it cleaned up surprisingly easily. Well constructed.

To be clear, it isn’t carpet at all. It is very large wicker knots that keep popping out and looks kinda weird. It seems like something that would go in a sunroom more than a bedroom. The tassels on the side are over 6 inches long and thick as rope. It’s not a bad rug, it’s just different from the picture. I wish I wouldn’t have bought it but I’ll keep it because it’s not worth the hassle of returning.

Wasn't "cream", numerous holes, cut fibers with raw edges sticking out. Described both as " jute/sisal" and "100% jute" on another page. Just poor quality so it was returned.

This rug is beautiful and a great quality for the price. The color is also as expected. The only negative is that this rug is much thicker than other jute rugs. I cant use it in my power room as planned because my door does not clear the thickness. I plan on keeping this rug because it’s so nice to use in my laundry room!

This rug fits perfect in our beauty studio. Color and quality is on point. Initially had a musky smell but seemed to go away after a week.

Looks good but that’s about it. The feel is horrible and it sheds like crazy. The loops pop-up on occasion so I have to pull the rope through the other side. Not very practical if you have a house full of people but it does look nice in pictures.

I really like the rug and got lots of compliments, however it sheds A LOT. I have two dogs and it feels like I added another dog... I vacuum day and night, but anything that hits the rug will pick up little hairs...

The rug is really soft and looks great in our living room. I am taking 1 star off because I think the color is more light grayish than ivory (as seen in the photo).

I love these rugs! The color blends really well with a light wood floor- like maple. Its also feels very sturdy and easy to spot clean. I love the tassels on the end, they are also very sturdy and don’t seem that they would free very easily. We’ll see what happens with use!

Great looking rug. Very minimal shedding thus far…. Obviously am prepared for that, just pleased it’s light shed! Great quality and blends perfectly in close proximity to all white kitchen.

Arrived oearly and rolled out in the room easily. Quality rug. Everyone likes the nubby feeling on their feet. Fringe is a bit longer than expected, but it turns out I really like it that way.
