Ends of arms all bent so that light shades tilted in random directions!

The title says it all. Also, the wires were very difficult to draw through the nipple when assembled per the instructions. Even when I used a lubricant I couldn't draw the wires through once I had attached the nipple and crossbar to the box. I had to detach the crossbar, feed the wires through horizontally, and then hold the light suspended on the wire only (I had a helper hold it up) while I screwed the crossbar back into the box. And after all that, I put in some bulbs, turn the power back on, step back and hear from my spouse "Are those crooked? That looks bad." BTW, the shades are tinted yellow, not at all like what the sample picture showed. I'll add a picture later (I've having trouble loading it). It looks like crap.

Seems to be well made and is working good. The color was disappointing however. It didn't have the bronze antique look like the pictures online, instead it was just a solid dark brown paint job. Decided to use it anyway as I needed a brighter dining room light right away.
