First three dispensers were defective!
Last week, I purchased and had to return all three of this style hot and cold water dispenser. The first one had a noticeable blemish in the front. The second one squirted hot water in all directions. The third one leaked on and off from area between the two handles. I have had this same Insinkerator hot and cold water dispenser for 20 years. It's always been the tank that has stopped working. I've never had problems with the faucet before. I had to pay my handyman for each installation. Two days ago I changed to a new style HC3300. So far it works.
Within first two weeks, hot water dispenser started spurting water in every direction. I could very easily get burned. Also when I screwed the end filter piece off to make sure that it was clear of anything, the water dripped for a bit. I’m taking it back.

The retaining piece does not fit my sink and must be ground down to fit,
Works great. Girl friend just drinks hot tea, so this is perfect. With the bonus that the water is filtered.

Took three attempts for HD to get me the right faucet, Not sure how that could be such a difficult item to get right since there’s a big picture of it right on the box. Faucet is working great.

Attractive Convenient
Really good looking and very convenient to have filtered cold water right alongside the hot water.
First one was a leaker. Second one works fine and looks good,

Nice size, not too big and functions nicely
Works great. HOWEVER-it did leak around the 2 handles for a couple days. The plumber said that was dry gaskets from the product sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. Most likely when the gaskets/washers got supple again it would be fine. AND it is perfect now. Very happy.
Said it’s a dispenser but it’s only the faucet!!
