Heater adjustment collar is broken

broke after one season

the coil that heats up came apart from the end and it stopped working. Unless you have ability to dismantle the whole thing and take a soldering iron to re-attach it, this has become un-recyclable landfill. Skip it all together! more hassle than anything.

Great portable outdoor heating solution

This little unit throws off a solid amount of heat for such a compact unit. It does exactly what I hoped it would.

Short ugly cord

What’s not shown in the picture is the electrical cord. It sticks out the side and is not even long enough to reach the bottom of the unit. A bit of oversight in the design and a very dubious cropping in the pictures.

Great! Add features

So nice to be able to sit out early spring evenings (Toronto, Canada). Fast and effective, my only change/adds would be height adjustment option & (much longer) cord through pole and/or retractable.

Some minor nits

I bought 2 units in March 2022. So far, so good, on heat output. However, the electric cords are ridiculously short. Also, there are parts which are apparently for wall-mounting the units, but no instructions at all. It is purely a guess, but are the units supposed to sit freely in the brackets which were supplied? There appears to be no way they can be attached to the brackets.

Quality construction good heat

Great quality construction. We actually took one of the sections out to have it lower for our seating arrangement. It is warm enough if you are close, might end up getting two. Seems good value for performance.

Power Cord is Short

looks nice, but if the power cord is short for the total height.

this heater is exactly as advertised.

Nothing to dislike: this heater performs well, looks good, and is somewhat weather resistant. I haven't seen my first electric bill yet, however.

The outdoor heater works well

It is what it claims. Directly under the heater the heat is quite intense. Some distance away, it takes the chill off the air allowing g for comfortable outside dinning.

Just got it

This arrived quickly. Went together really well and solid. Looks like it will be great for our gazebo. Still have to use it outside but it works and should be a great heater for that space or my garage.
