I ordered this 2 times. Still haven’t got one.

After calling customer service twice I still have not gotten this even though they keep saying delivered. First time they sent someone else’s order. So they reordered it for me. Then I got notified it was delivered and I called again to tell them I still haven’t gotten it. I have never had this much problem trying to get something from Kohls in my life. I hesitate ordering again because all it does is hold my money up for 10 days and I still don't get the wok. Very disappointed in my kohl experience.

Handles make it easy to stir fry. Nice size, sturdy, easy to clean.

If I could use this one product for everything I would do it! This is the best when it comes to throwing everything in and only using one pan. The handles make it super convenient to flip, toss and mix up what’s in the wok! Heat is dispensed evenly and I’m getting a nice char when I need it. I would definitely recommend this to beginners as it’s super easy to use!

I love this pan l, good for stir fry and noodles; it’s easy too clean. It cooks my food well which makes the heat distribution good. The durability and size of pan is good.

Banged up WOK.

It took so long to receive this wok and when I got it , it was so damaged I had to return..I would never order this brand again

Cheap quality wok. It worked well for a while, but after a couple of use my food will get stuck into the wok. Very hard to clean if ur food gets stuck. I would invest in a higher quality wok.

Really lightweight nonstick pan. Very ideal for any kind of cooking. Love the handles. The cleaning process was very very easy. 100/10 recommended.

I love cooking so much and I’ve realized along the way that your utensils are just as important and the ingredients, this wok has been working greatly so far, it’s nice and thin which means it heats up really fast and keeps a nice and even temperature through the cooking process, the handles on the side makes it easy to hold and makes the tossing processing faster. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is that the bottom of the wok got burned a little bit but I think it’s because I had the temperature on high for a long time, don’t make that mistake because the scorch stain remains.

I love how deep this pan is and the pan looks so cool to me. But there are two things that I didn’t really like. The first thing is the handle gets pretty hot so if you will be cooking something that requires hotter and longer cook time then you need to be careful with the handle. The second thing is I have a gas stove where the surface is uneven. I don’t know if it’s because of that but I don’t really like how it slides very easily so you need to be careful about that.

I really love the quality of 14” nonstick carbon steel open wok with 2 side handles , it’s easy to clean and great style , I love the durability, heat distribution, and safety features on it, it’s big I can cook anything on it. I highly recommend it.

This non stick wok is very handy. The carbon steel is way better then aluminum product. With two handles it is very convenient to cook in it. Light weight and easy to clean. This is plus to add in your kitchen

The pan holds firmly, is non-stick, conducts heat quickly, boils very quickly and stir-fries food very quickly. However, it is a bit difficult to clean because the inner surface has grooves.

A must for anyone who like asian food! I love making fried rice and manchurian in it. The quality is good. It's huge and hence perfect for stir frying. The heat distribution is perfect. Cleaning it is a breeze. Food doesn't stick to it. The handles are good quality wood and very comfortable to hold. Don't use metal utensils.

Such a great product! I love the large size, it will make mixing while cooking a breeze! Good quality wooden handles on both sides, they are higher set so it will help not to accidentally burn myself while cooking.
