Started off great and worked wonderful. Until my 4th grader knocked the pitcher of the counter and now no more iced coffee.

Great Addition to the Coffee Station

I’ve had this cold brewer for more than a year and I love it. I’m a coffee addict and love to play with different roasts, grinds, and brew methods. I’ve done multiple medium and dark roasts in this brewer and they are always rich and flavorful ( I always brew for 30 minutes). The pitcher and coffee cylinder clean up easily, too.

Great! When it feels like working

I used this every day just about to make mostly iced teas, and I've found some days no matter what it'll just make a hideous screeching noise as if it wants to work but isnt brewing. I think the thing thinks the blades are jammed but I'm putting less than half a scoop of loose leaf in the basket so I can't imagine how it's happening. Sometimes it flags E1 but I'm not even sure how to not flag it if it was working fine until a week ago, not the first time it's happened either it can be frustrating but it's great when it cooperates

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She is always buying cold coffee, which is a habit she got from me. Ha! Anyway i wasn't sure what to expect as far as quality and taste. Well let me tell you- it's awesome!! We just used maxwell house and Wow... amazing!!!! Get one, makenyournown cold brew that is better tasting and saces you money!

Love this coffee maker the coffee comes out cool not cold but that is what ice is for. The least you are able to make is two servings. So I just pour the other serving and refrigerate it for the next day. My grandsons are home from college and the maker is getting a workout everyday. I’ve had other so called cold brews but they come out hot and you add ice that waters down the coffee from being hot. If I happen to break this one I will gladly buy a new one

No replacement pitcher available. Avoid.

We bought this for my daughter. She broke the glass pitcher the 3rd time she used it. Guess what? Instant doesn't sell a replacement pitcher. We'll be buying a different brand, and we'll make sure that company supports its products %26 customers.

Not worth it

Bought to replace our cold brew maker, very dissatisfied. The "cold brew" it makes in 15mins has no flavor depth to it, just tastes like you had coffee grounds in water for 15mins. The filter lets a good amount of sediment through it, so you end up with a hazy beverage. The only way it makes a decent cup of cold brew is the overnight method, so we are returning.
