The door came with three shelves, we ordered three more to maximize the space. Most of the shelves fit perfectly - not loose, not too snug, but one was cut a hair too wide, and was a struggle to fit it into the door. A minor inconvenience if you have a sander or don't plan to move the shelves again after putting them in.All the pegs are a snug fit. This is a good thing, but if you finish paint/stain/varnish your door, try to keep the finish out of the peg holes.These shelves are definitely made to fit and match the door; same quality, same wood. (I can't tell any more which were the original shelves and which are the new ones.) Fully recommend.

Great & Good Quality

I was surprised at the quality, looks great, we chose this one over the other kind since it was solid plywood and real wood. We knew going in that the door was smaller then out opening, which we solved by adding larger trim. We had some problems during ordering with home Depot, that once we found the right person, were solved. Home Depot went above and beyond.

As described! If you’re using this InvisiDoor as all bookshelves you need at least 2 additional shelves to fill out the space.
