Already had to replace

I ordered this May 2023, I've already had to replace it. I wouldn't recomment it at all

The chair never came. Ordered well over a month ago. Macys won’t refund they’re telling me to reach out to ups.Ups making me file a claim.mean while the shady company had my money! Macy is doing IT’s customers a disservice by allowing this company to use its platform to scam us.This is bs!!! Buyer beware!!! Go to wayfiar or something!

Found it in less than $150 at BJs

Was sooo disappointed after I had to wait for my chair, and armed it, just to see two days after that BJs had it at a much lower price !! Exactly the same chair, and Macy’s had it in promotion”. Before I used to trust they would offer a fair price, now will always check at other vendors first. Nevertheless, the chair is comfortable and beautiful.

New office chair

I like the look and that the material is soft.

Missing parts! I'm sure the chair itself is very comfy & nice, but we won't be able to enjoy it for 3 weeks while we wait for shipping.

fake chair with fake material

this chair has fake material and feel macys is conniving with them to make fake chair because all the nut and screw are so bad and not good at all

Very well made and assembly is straight forward. Comfortable and adjustable. Well worth the money.

Still really good but not great

I really do like this chair and the price was great. However, I had this exact same model of chair about 4 years ago and it was more supportive for my back.

This chair really has great back support and very nicely padded arm rests. My son assembled the chair for me as I am a little old for that. He then tried out the chair and immediately got online and ordered one for his office.

COMFY, WE PUT THESE IN OUR RV OFFICE WHERE WE ARE IN THEM ALL DAY LONG. LOVE THEM.

Very comfortable chair. I added a lumbar pillow to mine since I am shorted legged, it fits great now!

Excellent chair with ample cushion

This is easily the best office chair for the money. Don't be fooled by thinking those "gaming chairs" will be more comfortable--they're not! This chair has ample cushion in the bottom and lower back areas. It's very sturdily made and the price is unbelievable! We all know Serta makes high quality mattresses. Add office chairs to the list. A+!

Amazing chair I purchased for my husbands home office!He absolutely loves it and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality!Says it is absolutely perfect!

High quality materials and nice look

Assembly was quick and pretty easy. The chair looks great and serves its purpose well. I was hoping it would help relieve some lower back pain I get when sitting for long periods at work, it does not. So it's not 5-star for me. But if you don't have that issue this is a great chair.
