Nice lock for a pocket door would like to have had a handle to pull door out of pocket.

Bad Customer Service - Shipment Missing Product

I ordered two Qwikset products from Home Depot. They only shipped one of two and the packaging was damaged for the one that they delivered. It took 30-minutes with customer service to get a refund for the missing product and they credited the wrong (cheaper) item. As such, I'm spending another 30-minutes with Home Depot trying to get them to fix it. Absolutely no quality control with either company - better off spending your money elsewhere on another brand.

The product was great however, it didn't fit our door needs so I had to return it.

Shallow grip, not good for doors that slide right

These were installed in a rental. Does not work properly with a door the slides open to the right. The way the privacy latch works the pressure you put against the door to grip the shallow unlocking mechanism puts pressure against the privacy lock making it difficult to unlatch. This would work better with a door that opens to the left from the locked side. I cannot find online a way to reverse the side of the privacy lock. Also when first encountering it was not intuitive that you should press on the end to expose the flip up latch that you grab to open the door. Imagine encountering this mechanism for the first time when you really needed to use the bathroom at someone else’s house.

Perfrct look

This replacement was exactly what we needed to replace our inoperable latch & lock. It was easy to swap out the new lock for the broken one.

Garbage

The recess is so small you can not grip it. I have used in several homes and all had to be replaced.

Easy to close and lock our pocket door. Had to adjust our door a little so it would line up with with door jam. Took a little time to install but had never installed this type of door handle before.

Seems like a pretty standard pocket door lock. Color is a nice solid black.

Works perfect.

We installed this in our powder room and it's not very easy to use.
