Bracket

I purchased a new window air conditioner. It came with a bracket , but I bought this one be it looked stronger. The insulation technician said that I did not need it .

So easy to put in. looks great. Adjusts to the perfect size of the window.

Simple to assemble, position, and very sturdy. Tried several AC mounting brackets and this is the only one I would recommend. Needed some extra foam to seal under the bottom rail.

I just had it installed this morning. It superceded my expectations. I loved the fact there's no screws, and you don't need any tools to install.

No screws required to install in window. It seems to be give better support than the screw in type. Purchased over a month ago. Yes, I was required to installed this type of air conditioner support.

Worked good, but not perfect for my use. A couple or a long flat steel hook (shorter vertically than the tubing) grabbing my sill would've worked better, but I have not found such product. Putting the flat steel tubing in my sill moves the A/C a bit more into the room than the accordion partition is designed for. Like I said though, haven't found such a product.

So easy to install. No measuring involved.

10,000 BTU window AC unit

product does not hold larger AC window units securely. Our unit seemed secure but after about an hour or so of the AC unit being turned on, the bracket fell and dumped the AC into a mulched flower bed. The vibration of the AC unit was too much for the bracket. Disappointing 😞

One side was a little stiff/difficult to adjust, but overall quite easy to set up and it's been supporting our window unit great so far, despite our weird window frame!

It was easy to install, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a mounting bracket.
