Wrong rug

First they sent me the wrong rug with different colors then I’m trying to return it and it’s costing me $81 to have somebody come pick it up and I’m still waiting it’s been six days and I keep putting it outside my door every day and FedEx drives right by I will never ever ever order another rug from this company

It seems a little lighter

It seems a little lighter than my last rug which I like. It’s certainly heavy duty. I was surprised the driver was going to drop it at the curb. My husband and I could barely move it. Glad he agreed to get it out of the rain.

Absolutely wonderful!

Shopping online for area rugs can be difficult, not being able to see the colors and texture in person. The Oriental Weavers Ariana rugs I ordered were exactly the colors as described and pictured. These rugs are very dense and plush; they definitely look like a rug of quality. They look beautiful in my room and were exactly what I was searching for!

Beautiful Rug

We have only had the rug for 3 months but it appears to be good quality. The colors are as pictured - very deep blue and reds.

Wow, what a great place to buy a rug!

We decided to look for a round rug to place in the entryway of our 104 yo home, to our suprise we were able to find the same pattern of rugs we had purchased previously! It was a no brainer to add it to compliment the already awesome Ariana floor covering we had chose to use in the living room. Steve was a great guy to give us the black Friday discount that was somehow missed on the order I placed on the Web store. I will be back to shop again! Thanks, Incredible rugs & Decor!

Could Not Be More Pleased

This was our second order and we are as pleased as with the first. The quality of these rugs is absolutely excellent. The detail in the design, the very soft and plush material, the accuracy of the color as compared to the website were all excellent, and the rugs and pads arrived very quickly. We have now ordered a total of 4 Oriental Weavers rugs and expect to order several more.

Nice Rug, Didn't Work for Me

Very nice, good quality rug, but it didn't work in my space. The no hassle return policy is truly no hassle, however that comes at a price. Cost was $42 for my 4x6 rug.

It's beautiful!!

We love our new rug. So much prettier in person. It really complements the dark hard woods and the furniture. It's very soft and the children love to practice flips and handstands on it. We'd definitely buy this brand again for another room!!

Nice Quaility

I ordered this rug with a round rug. This one was back ordered twice. That is the only downside. Very soft, plush, and the colors are true to what you see online.

Frays at corner

Like the look of this rug and it has a nice thick feel; however on both the runner and the large area rug, the corner has frayed. I imagine it will not last long at this rate - we have only had it for 2 weeks.
