I waited to write my review for several months. . Unfortunately the beautiful rug we purchased in March (7 months ago) has not held up. . Definitely not a rug for high traffic area. The beautiful white color is not gray and the texture of the rug has completely changed over time. What once was soft and fluffy is now matted and flat. Very disappointed.

No regrets

This rug is incredibly soft. Between the cream color and the texture, it warms the room and makes me happy every time I walk in. And Rogers customer service was incredible! I was even let in 15 minutes after the store closed when I was walking away when I went back to order a bigger size rug. Incredible.
