Firm lumbar support - poor customer service

I ordered this chair and it arrived missing the seat base. I contacted the manufacturer directly as instructed, they sent the incorrect seat base. I contacted them again, then they finally sent the correct seat base. It took one month from when the chair arrived until I could use it. Now that I can use it, it looks great. Worth noting though that the lumbar support is very very firm. I am happy with the chair, just not happy how long it took to use.

Surprise! The silver parts are green!

The pictures and videos of this product on the website show the star base and arms as being silver. The ones that came in the box I received have a horribly, depressing ugly green tint to them -- a color green I would never choose for anything. If I had known it had a green tint to it, I wouldn't have bought the chair. Honestly, this ruins the entire chair. Maybe I'll paint it or something but I wish they would have indicated that the base and adjustable arms had a green tint to them on the website instead of giving me the impression that it was silver as the images and videos show. Very disappointed -- ruins the entire look of the room it's in. It's so out of place. Bad. Very bad.

Surprisingly comfy but…

Serta Works fabric chair is slightly darker in person than shows online but color variations usually differ a bit. Easy to put together and way more comfortable than my previous mesh chair. I like the fabric option vs leather due to the stickiness of a leather chair after sitting all day. The only con I have is, the seat of the chair. It has a built in rocker type seating, when you rise up it moves with you. Pics to show the lifting of the lumbar area when rising. I’ll have to get used to that.

Terrible product design...

The lumbar Support is attached to the bottom seat cushion. Hurts your back. If you even remotely tilt forward this lumbar support moves forward and bends the back in a terrible position. The back rest is very short and no ability to just rest your head back which is terrible for long long long days in front of the computer. These two things will make you exhausted sitting which is the reverse of what is necessary. Sorry, this is a hard pass computer desk chair and being returned... Assembly isn't terrible at 30 minutes or so.... Thought this looked like a huge back, WRONG. 5'10" and barely supports my shoulders... Terrible product design... Only reason why I bought was tired of the bonded leather which does not last at all...

Over Hyped, disappointing

The quality is the best part about the chair however the lever to lean back in the chair does not work. It also has some pelvic tilt movement that can NOT be put into a static position and it moves with you. Additionally, the lumbar does not support my back. The fabric has threads lose throughout the chair which would be fine if this was a cheap chair... The armrests jiggle and move and feel very unstable (yes the screws are tightened all the way). One positive is the metal base however it still has a lot of plastic in the base and The colors match the photos pretty well... I would not recommend this chair. TLDR: too expensive for a mediocre chair, moves too much.
