The experience was not great. I have purchased before and had a good experience. The rug had a yellow cast- it was not ivory. The return was a difficult process and they make you sign something that says it will be returned in 30 days which would not be a problem if their customer service would respond more timely. And return is expensive and I believe a restocking fee. Expensive mistake I have to take the brunt of.
