Nice looking, but definitely wouldn't buy again

This rug looks great but has two main downfalls: 1) It sheds terribly. I've had it for several months and vacuum several times/week and it fills my vacuum up with fluff every. Single. Time. I know this is often the case with wool rugs, but apparently this one will never stop shedding. 2) It smells like an old army/navy store, ie like old wet wool sweaters. I thought the smell would dissipate after a few weeks of being opened up, but it's still very strong. Overall, I'm disappointed.

Not going to return, but expected better

It’s a nice rug for the value. Feels soft, exactly what I was looking for in this sense. But it’s quite different in person: it’s white with defined black lines, rather than cream with faint lines in pictures. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d at least known that the lines are so pronounced black. Also, it sheds insanely: I vacuumed it about a million times, and my vacuum still fills up completely in seconds. Not my favorite rug, but it does the job + soft.

This rug looks great. Perfect amount of shag and the pattern is nice and subtle. However, it sheds like no other rug I've ever seen. I have to sweep the hardwood on our entire downstairs 2-3 times a day. I've researched tips and tricks and they're all useless. Avoid this rug unless it's in a room where you'll never walk on it.

I was very pleased to purchase this beautiful, high-quality rug on sale. I expected the rug to shed for a while but didn't expect wool tufts to drift all over the house. This is a great rug for a low-traffic area -- and a pet-free, kid-free home.

Soft beautiful Moroccan style rug

I needed to replace a similar rug that I bought years ago from overstock. This rug is soft and amazingly beautiful. Other reviewers mentioned that it sheds but I haven't noticed excessive shedding. I have been vacuuming the rug daily to prevent shedding and it seems to have worked so far. A great way to get the look of a Moroccan rug without the super high price. Great value.

Pretty, but sheds like crazy!

Really pretty and the light color has withstood 4 dogs so far. But, I have to agree with the other reviews that the shedding is out of control! I'm finding clumps all throughout the house. I'm literally having to vacuum daily.
