Love this faucet! It’s not the cheapest it’s not the most expensive, it’s somewhere in the middle and it’s great quality for the price! The size is perfect, some of these type faucets are much too tall. This is my second faucet that was this brand, I had one installed in our previous house after our original kitchen faucet (from the builder) cracked & started spraying water everywhere.

Metal flaking off after < 1yr of use. Poor design.

We purchased this faucet and loved the look, function and feel of it for about <12 months before it started to break. There is a magnet and a small screw in the place where the facet spout connects to the cross-bar holding position. After repeated use, the thin metal on the facet head started to come off in sharp flakes (pictures attached). We have cut our fingers on the metal and we are concerned it could be dropping into our food when using it. This is a huge safety hazard and really poor quality for something we felt we paid a premium for. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the warranty window was only 1yr for this faulty product.... Would not recommend.

Beautiful and Functional

I have had this faucet for a few years and love the look in my kitchen. The two types of spray are perfect for washing veggies and dishes, and the magnetic grip makes it easy to return the sprayer to the faucet. Highly recommend.

The Plumber installed our kitchen faucet and it was leaking I can’t get build.com to replace it going to the manufacture. We’ll see what happens. not very happy with Build.com. not standing behind the product.

Average faucet

I previously had a Kohler pull down that had better range; a magnetic dock; and a button that allowed you to boost the pressure and volume of water for faster filling of pots with water. I miss those features. This faucet is ok. It does what a faucet is supposed to do without having any distinguishing features or being particularly nice to handle. Note that the button will not stay in the position you have last used it - it defaults back to full spray, you have to push again to get spray mode.

Joleena kitchen faucet is beautiful and works with ease. I searched everywhere to get the best price, which was at Wayfair. Perfect height over a white farm sink, flanked with Calacatta white with gray veins quartz counters & backsplash, white cabinets with brushed nickel pulls which is a very close match to the faucet. Everything is simple and understated and then you see the Joleena faucet and it absolutely makes the kitchen. She is the star of the room. You won't be disappointed!

Appearances are deceiving

Redid our kitchen and replaced a relatively new Faucet with this. Initially loved it. Feel, function it was just what we were looking for. Suddenly today water is just coming out of the head from places it should not. Lasted about 6 months. Disappointing from this brand that used to stand for quality.

I just loved the quality of this faucet. We sold out home 2 years ago and there went my beautiful faucet. This home has a much cheaper version of this one

water pressure decreases after 6 months. changing my 4 the one!

I have all Hansgrohe faucets, but this style gave me a lot of issues. The problem is between the two joins of the curve. There is no way to clean the water deposits inside the flexible tubing. I keep paying the plumbers to replace but after the 4th one got messed up- the same problem. It's the product design issue, not a lemon faucet issue.

Flaw design

After three months the plastic hole just bust it sending water all over of my new kitchen. The PLASTIC HOLE could not use with HOT WATER.

Top of the line! Solid, nicely weighted construction. Beautiful sheen and not too tall that it would look out of place in a home kitchen.
