Slice it like you wish

Needed to replace my broken food slicer (15+ years) and this model looks like well built. It is and the adjustments makes it easy to get the final product you’re looking for. With a Kohl’s incentive it made the deal even sweeter.

Nice little slicer. I bought it to cut homemade bread and it works great. We also cut a pork roast with ease.

Incredible! I bought this to save on the cost of meat by slicing my own chops and steaks. I have sliced cheese for a charcuterie, potatoes for au gratin, chops from a tenderloin and so much more. And it completely disassembles for easy cleaning!!! I leave it on my counter i use it so much!

Je l'adore

Elle tranche très bien. Je l'adore. Ce n'est pas un outils de cuisine qu'ont se sert souvent mais quand ont en a besoin elle est la. Elle est très sécuritaire, assez puissante. Il faut positionner une assiette derrière car la viande tombe derrière. Il y a un bouton marche arrêt avec un autre bouton à appuyer en même temps pour la faire partir. C'est pour la sécurité. Elle se défait toute en morceaux pour le nettoyage facile. La lame se retire très bien aussi. Le fil n'est pas très long par contre mais avec une rallonge ça va si vous n'êtes pas très près d'une prise électrique. Elle colle bien au comptoir avec des ventouses en dessous. Pas très bruillante non plus. D'une bonne grosseur aussi. Le chariot glisse bien mais pas assez à mon goût. C'est peut-être moi qui n'a pas l'habitude encore. Au pire des cas, je mettrais un peut d'huile végétale avant l'utilisation mais comme j'ai dit, ça glisse bien quand même. Pour la variété d'épaisseur, c'est super bien aussi pour une trancheuse maison. Pour la longueur du chariot, ce n'est pas pour de très long morceaux de viande. Il ne faut pas oublier que ce n'est pas une trancheuse industrielle. Pour un rôti c'est parfait. Pour de meilleurs résultat, il faut trancher la viande entre gelé. Faire attention de ne pas trancher gelé complètement car vous allez abîmé la lame et/ou la machine. Je vous la suggère car elle est très bien.
