Ordered two Kelston toilets, had them delivered. One was broken, broken lid and broken flushing mechanism. The unbroken toilet works great! Was able to get my contractor to give me a ride to the nearest Home Depot to return the broken toilet. Customer Service employee at Pickett St was kind, credited me for the broken toilet immediately. Went to the store shelf, selected another Kohler toilet (not the Kelston, not in stock in the store of course), went home and contractor installed the new unbroken toilet.

This is the latest from Kohler, referred to as continuous clean. It is just that, it has strong a flow around the top as opposed to the tiny holes. We are very happy.

Poor flushing performance and plugging

Installed this toilet and it worked fine until my wife had a bowel movement. The flow became restricted and could not get tyhe unit to flush properly. I was under the impression this was a one flush toilet, needless to say I am very disappointed. After plunging it still does not perform properly. Because of the high cost of this unit I am considering removing it, return to Home Depos and purchase a better product.

The toilet does function as expected.

This is a great powerful flushing toilet!

Great toilet

Installed as part of full bathroom remodel. Been using for 4 months. Assembly and install was straight forward. Toilet filled and flushed completely from start. Single flip of handle for flush, no need to hold down and wait. Rapid refill. Handles varied usage requirements well. Cleans up fine with regular weekly scrub and any daily brushing needed. All in all completely pleased with this model.

We chose this after seeing it on Consumer Reports. Unfortunately after ordering, we then received a notice a week or so later that it was on backorder. We had a timeline & then I called Home Depot to cancel, they said they couldn't since it was in the process. We later received notice it was being shipped. This was a bit frustrating, would be nice if Home Depot's website would not have placed the order to begin with.

was expecting it to clean the bowl better because it stated it was more gpf also with swirl technology to clean the bowl better and was disappointed with how it actually works

This toilet is easy to install and easy to use. It has a powerful flush which keeps the bowl clean and helps everything go down smoothly. The elevated height makes it comfortable to sit on and the elongated bowl is way better than the circular bowls of most toilets. The handle works well and feels sturdy. This toilet pairs well with the soft-close lid that you can easily attach to it if you want. Overall, a solid toilet that should not cause any issues in the bathroom.

I just installed this toilet in my guest bathroom. I really like the height and length of this, it is a great size for all, even a child using a stool. The quality is good and the installation was as standard as any other toilet.

I received this product as a free trial. Great quality product as in the workmanship. Very sturdy. But it didn't come with a wax seal, we had to purchase that separately, which you would think, in order to be able to install it properly, it would. It also didn't come with a seat.

The two piece elongated toilet is the perfect size for all of us in our household. My husband installed the toilet and tank pretty easily and didn't take long at all. It is a great size for him since he is on the taller side and bigger. It is also a great size for myself and also our children. The left hand my husband really liked for himself

This is great toilet addition my kids bathroom. My husband and son was able to install the toilet very easily since most of the toilet came pre assembled. The toilet has a nice handle with a quiet toilet seat. The toilet is way more quiet even when flushing and lifting the toilet seat. The toilet is a low consumption toilet so it will help save water and reduce our water usage which is great for us.

Great Flush

We needed a higher toilet and according to a certain consumer magazine, this toilet was highly recommended. Our current toilets were older, used more water and did a fantastic job in flushing the waste. We were concerned about the lower amount of water but it does the job. We had the toilets installed by a plumber. We are very happy with the toilet design as well as it’s ability to flush away all the waste.
