Hinges Break Easily
We bought 2 of these and both broke before 1.5 yrs of use. They broke at the same location where the the lid attaches to the hinge. Poor design or manufacturing.
Disappointed
It's nice looking, but cracked within a week.
Check condition before leaving store.

Missing Mounting bolts
I received the first one and it was missing hardware so I returned it and requested a replacement. I got to pay double the price to have a replacement sent to me due to the first one being on sale (Still not sure how that works.) The second one also has no hardware, but there isn't an option to return a replacement item. I reached out for help through e-mail and was told to handle it through the website. Fool me once.... I got a great deal on a few items from them, but the frustration of dealing with this problem ensures I will never do business with them again and will warn others away from them. Good luck if you have an issue.

A must for kids.
This is easy to install with a couple wrenches. I like how it comes off for easy cleaning. The wood is strong for sitting on while the kids are in the bath and it doesn't slam in the middle of the night.
Stains Easily
Dislike: Stains easily. Never looks clean no matter how much you scrub or what cleaner you use. Like: The soft close is nice.
