Well worth the price
We bought this for our new home. It is well worth the price. We have been using it for almost 4 months and not one issue. If you are on the fence about is it worth the price my answer is yes. We don’t regret spending the money
Kudos to a great company
The Aldridge wash/let does everything it says it would do in a compact set of electronics in the seat itself. The remote control is very responsive. I would caution prospective purchasers who are elderly to do research about unintended health consequences of this or any bidet type product. I can't commend enough the responsivness, professionalism and customer centric policies of this company. Questions were answered quickly and accurately and the delivery of both products that I ordered were delivered with "amazon" like speed. Great company to deal with.

My husband and I purchased this bidet a few weeks ago from our local Ferguson store. I have wanted one of these since I first tried the concept , which happened to be in Ferguson. The only reason I am just now writing this review is because I had to wait for the electrician to install a receptacle in our bathroom. I am pleased to report that the 2 of us installed this from start to finish in about 30 minutes. A few things not noted in the instructions that we easily found the answer to via YouTube were: 1. turn off the main water to the house when connecting the t valve and 2. there is a screw that lifts out of each of the rubber casings around the screw itself. Those were the 2 things that slowed us down a bit. Overall it was a breeze to install and the bidet seat works good. We love that so many adjustments can be made like the position of the sprayer and the water pressure. It is a solidly constructed seat and we are very happy with our purchase!
